I just got an akai mini pro. And I'm trying to save a mp3 audio clip from TH-cam and save it to my pad so I can use it as a loop. Does anyone now how I can save it to an individual pad to play at any time?
I’ve had an AKAI MPK mini pro Mk3 for over a year and am still struggling to use. The Akai instructions are lacking and that’s giving them credit. I still don’t understand how to use and what certain knobs and buttons actually do. Could you give a TH-cam video lesson, or lessons, on the features/operations regardless of DAW? What do the Pad Controls do? With does the “DIVISION” knob do? What is “LATCH” or “+/-“. This is the least intuitive device I’ve ever purchased and I’ve contacted Akai to no avail. Please HELP! …thanks
Bro.. sorry to say that but it seems you bought the thing and watched/read nothing about it's functions. The terms you used are simple, you just don't what they mean,. Do some research regarding key phrases, MPCs are pretty simple IF you know the terms they use
So you can use the 404 as an FX box for the the MPC. Can also help in a live setting where you need to change programs on the MPC mid set, by allowing you to play something on the 404 as a buffer while you load a new program on the live. This works both ways
Nice quick and precise video man glad to see the strat man back!!!
More to come!

You’re welcome! Thank you!
Do you need an interface with the mpc one
Is there any way of routing it back to the mpc one input? So you can apply efx to your tracks in mpc sequencer?
I dead just asked the same question
Any answer?
Just route the out from the 404 back to the in on the MPC

Why is this even necessary?
