In program management, the focus is on managing the program as a whole, ensuring that projects within the program are aligned, integrated, and effectively managed. Program managers are responsible for defining the program's objectives, developing a program plan, allocating resources, managing risks, and monitoring progress across all projects within the program.

Very well articulated. Thank you. One question/comment to consider embedding into the overall program management: Managing change adoption as different from change management that was explained in Development phase. This change adoption management goes a long way in ensuring organization's strategic goals are accomplished in a more meaningful way - IMHO.

Very well explained and easy to follow information.
