"competition helps you define your personality " i want to become a successful business man. my current age is 32 so far i did 7 business in that i lost every where( but i learned many things) and still learning . right now i am working in IT as HR. but i am running a tea shop in my home town. i will never give up until i will become successful business man. thanks for your update..

Video place 5:43 லிருந்து நீங்க சொன்ன அருமையான விஷயம் Business-க்கு பொருந்துவது போல் Corporate Competition-ஐ எப்படி Tackle செய்ய என்று ஒரு வீடியோ பதிவிட வேண்டுகிறேன். காரணம் அபூர்வமாக எண்ணிக்கையில் மிகக் குறைந்த சில நல்ல மேனேஜர் தவிர, Almost எல்லா மேனேஜர்களும் தனக்கு கீழே வேலை செய்யும் ஊழியர்களை வளர விடுவதில்லை.. காரணம் Competition, அதாவது Promotion கொடுக்கும் அளவுக்கு ஒருவர் என்ன தான் நன்றாக வேலையில், Attendance and Behavioral qualities என நன்றாகவே Performance பண்ணியிருந்தாலும் எங்கே தனக்கு போட்டியாக இவள்/இவன் வந்துவிட்டால் நம்ம கதி அதோகதி ஆகிவிடுமே என்று மேனேஜர்களின் பயம், தனக்கு கீழே உள்ளவரை வளர விடுவதில்லை.. இது நிதர்சன உண்மை.. இதைவிட மோசமான ஆனால் உண்மை என்னவென்றால், சகஊழியர்களில் (Peers) உள்ள சிலரும் தன்னை விட அடுத்தவர் முன்னேறுவதால் நாளையும் பின்னே அந்நபருக்கு நாம் அடிபணியும் நிலைமை வந்துவிடக்கூடாது என்று தன்னில் தன்னம்பிக்கை குறைந்து அடுத்தவரை வளரவிடாமல் செய்ய ஒண்ணு குறுக்கு புத்தியில் போட்டியாளராக இருக்கும் நபரின் வேலையை திருடி தான் செய்தது போல அதை Establish செய்வது அதற்காக முந்திக்கொள்வது, இல்லைனா மேனேஜர்களிடம் "அவன்/அவளிடம் கேட்டுவிட வேண்டாம்" என்று முன்கூட்டியே வாக்குறுதி வாங்கிவிட்டு பின்னர் போட்டியாளராக கருதும் அந்நபரைப் பற்றி இல்லாததையும் பொல்லாததையும் கண்ட பொய்புரட்டுகளையும் சொல்லி கோள்மூட்டிவிடுவது (அதை கேட்கும் மேனேஜர்களும் வளர்ச்சியின் பொறாமையில் குருட்டுத்தனமான நம்பிவிடுவது) என்று பல அநியாயம் செய்து, தான் முன்னேற அடுத்தவர்களுக்கு நியாயமா கிடைக்க வேண்டிய வாய்ப்புகளை கெடுத்து பிழைக்கும் சிலரும் உள்ளனர்.. இப்படிப்பட்ட நிலையில் என்னதான் முட்டி மோதி போராடினாலும் ஒரு கட்டத்தில் Resignation என்பதையே தான் முடிவெடுத்து Stress Relief ஆக வேண்டிய சூழல் ஏற்படுகிறது... நியாயம் தோற்று தான் போகிறது அராஜகம் மற்றும் சொம்பு தூக்கீஸ் வர்க்கம் ஜெயிக்க தான் செய்கிறது...
