I would love to see you run another experiment on this or see if you have more info? My results are completely opposite. I have been averaging 10-20x more views and likes on reels vs TikToks. For example, last IG reel over 3k plays and 70 reactions. Same post, same time, on TikTok is only at 67 views and 2 likes. And it’s not just me. Some of my (video production) clients have seen the same results. Thoughts?

I took the same video with same hashtags and posted to Reels and TikTok. 7,500 views IG, 24 views TikTok.

I need help posting my reels with the same audio for tiktok.
It's not easy. The two platforms have entirely different audio libraries!
You could cheat your way around it by editing the audio onto the video itself (Using Premiere, YouCut or CapCut). Then when uploading, set the audio as whatever sound is trending on that platform and mute it by going to the volume options and turning down the sound all the way, but keeping the video sound on. Hopefully that makes sense and is helpful!
