- Shawn Rhoden is one of the most hardworking men in bodybuilding. He grinds day in and day out to make improvements, because he knows that as one of the older bodybuilders on stage, he needs to fight that much harder. He had a great year in 2014, placing 3rd at the Mr. Olympia, but this year, he aims to improve upon that. Check out his training with Charles Glass, 10 days out from Vegas!

That Gym is insane. Wish I had the privilege of going there, or Powerhouse in NY.
I really think Rhoden has a much bigger chance of winning than most people think. Especially if Kai isnt competing (Which I think is just a publicity stunt by IFBB not by Kai at all). But IF it is true and Kai isnt competing then it will be a major threat to Phil with Rhodens added mass if he can maintain that midsection that he typically has which is the absolute best in the business.

Hope Flexatron does well at the O. Dave, who was that lady behind Shawn doing core work when he was speaking she is cut & jacked!
He's a nice guy and would love yto see him knock Phil Heath out of top spot. My suspicion is from the back will let him down. Let's see on the day.
