Yeah, it looks like contrast levels were affected. There are no midtones in those shadows, so either that's really strong raytracing, or the video capture/render made it that way.... and I have a sudden need to revisit an old Wii game: MadWorld.
yeah FA Alex first showed up in old 1/144 Alex's manual. A lot of these old kits had stuff like that in the manual, primarily to give modelers ideas what sort of custom they can make. For example Geara Doga Kai and Ga-Zowmn Gunner also originate from these. Also sidenote but the Light Armor GM Command in the manual was probably always intended to be Light Armor Command. It's a common misconception that all the 0080 designs were first intended to be just new takes on the original suits rather than their own things but that actually only applies to some of them, most notably Zaku II FZ. Meanwhile for example GM Command or Z'Gok E appeared with these names good few months before 0080 came out.
The Alex has an amazing arm Gatling, if that translated to a support version it would absolutely vaporize generals. Since the shoulder cannon and twin beam rifle stun it was probably decided to tone back the stun build up on the arm to make it somewhat fair and balanced
This newtype of a player got 11 kills!!!
video is dark as sin.
Yeah something is wrong with the contrast.
Something about this video feels like i need Sunglasses, still great vid!
Don't know why but reminds me of his old GBO1 videos came to mind

Agreed. This map’s lighting is always an issue for me as well. The lighting exposure feels off - the parts with shadows are always too dark.
yeah the contrast is kinda funky
almost looks the screen got recorded instead of using some kind of direct capture or even the built in recording of the PS5

I swear these new 3 stars are impossible to get.
This suit is a tad underwhelming. The arm gatling builds way less stun than head vulcan. That’s weird.
