I used a calculator and did the math for the melee damage I saw at 20:49 Rob did 7725 damage to that Gerbera Tetra and he went from 12000 HP to 13158 which is a gain of 1,158. 15% of 7725 is 1,158. As I thought the HP gain from melee is not big and you need successive combos to actually gain back alot of HP.
Thinking about it all the variants have something to do with hp: Unicorn: lose some, win some Banshee: for extra damage and a HA, you'll lose hp gradually Phenex: lose some, then your whole team and you are healed up Norn: lose some, don't get any hp upon awakening mode but then again, lifesteal with each melee hits
@@Darth1Marikafter fighting it a few times your right. I thought that life steal ability would be pretty op, but my Nu Gundam still showing it can go toe to toe with the new suits.
@@guillermoortiz2620The life steal it has is only 15% of the damage from each hit. This means in long combos that have dmg fall off the heals become weaker and weaker. Even big hits will result in only minimal healing. Look at 20:49 for example. Rob did 7725 damage and look at his HP gain. He went from 12000 to 13158 which is a 1158 heal. 1.1 k heal isn't shit at 700 cost. For a big 7k dmg the heal he got back was pretty small. Also the longer the time you spend executing chain combos is more time for an enemy's teammate to come interrupt you. A Norn player would effectively have to constantly be in melee combos endless in order to effectively heal which at 700 cost we see dmg from 3k to 9k on average so one combo that heals can be completed negated in a second or less. Now if the Norn was able to heal for like 33 to 5k per hit THAT would be broken
im gonna be honest this thing is nowhere near as OP as i expected it would be from the description, i've been maining NuFF a lot recently and i've not had any trouble dealing with Norns, even had a round where i 1v2'd a pair of Norns 3 times in one life, unlike Unicorn and Banshee there hasnt been a huge shift in 700 really with Norns release
It isn't I already had people crying in a discord server saying they were going to avoid 700 cost and I'm like bruh its only healing for 15% of the melee dmg
maybe you're just against lower skill players, because I saw someone using a Banshee raid, damages a norn down to 20%, it then awakened, and proceed to kill the banshee from just a regular zook combo. Zook with the grenade launchers, lunge with the tonfa, and just combo to death.
@@Kaimax61 I never said it was an awful MS its just not as OP as people are crying it to be. Can it one combo raids? Absolutely but then again if you're able to do that then the victims team is ass. You should be aware of your teammates status and help them out when you can. The time it takes to one combo anyone in 700 is plenty of time for a teammate to intervene
@@Kaimax61 to be fair there are still tons of low skill banshee players out there so could be the other way around and like Marik said its not bad just not OP, compared to Unicorn and Banshee who could one combo raids and generals/raids and supports when they came out this thing is kinda average while people are acting like its game breaking

Spent my paycheck, bought the norn. I can say that it is the bane of 700 raid existences.
Literally just having two of these on the enemy team is aggravating. I watched two of these melee combo me from full health to death in 4 seconds
So basically it has a life steal.

its 15% of the melee damage it does returned as health.
This lifesteal is a little to much if you focus a suport, since supports don't usually have many tools to deal whit stun lock
They should buff the normal banshee cause its getting melted the moment you get shot
Cause you receive 6k damage when you get hit by the BM
I am curious for the melee recovery does it have to be mobile suits or will attacking the enemy base also recover HP?
It does not only mobilesuits
Want it so badly but I’m in vacation away from my ps5😢 so ima save for Unicorn FA 👍
FA Unicorn is not on the list of MS to be released

Can u send me the list so I can look at it?
Yo I have been doing research and can’t find this list anywhere?

I wanted this but fucked up and used my tokens earlier on the stupid 5 step and trying to get the silver bullet suppressor. 😢
Wait what? Its only meldet Controllern level 1 for me, did they change it or something
Is that before or after NT-D? It gains a swing after transforming IIRC.
This thing is a little ridiculous. It’s gonna get nerfed.
Not really. Its strong but not overpowered.
