It would be same next season with informations that we had so far BUT there can be alternative when you will go new Nature's Wraths chestpiece instead of Featherweight for +20% base dmg but than you will also need to change Serenity cause this chest will remove your Empower from Balanced Blade stacks. So you will have option to choose more dmg and maybe GS with attu/plague crits/rogue or more Tankiness with featherweight.

I would say its must have especially if you playing solo but you can replace it with conditionings like flame/thrust/slash conditionings are good
