I was talking to the parts guy at the dealer, he was even thinking it would be good to have some gussets welded in at that factory bend. Of course the caveat is at one point if something has to bend what would you want it to be, so if you make the a-arm's to strong could it bend the frame?? hmm, I think I might give it a go make them a little stronger, it did not take much for my son to bend the crap out of them.

When looking at nuts backwards sometimes you got to have one of those out of body experiences to see it right, the lefty loosey righty tighty thing 😉 I'm doing the same thing to my son's rzr 200, I think those a-arms have a week point right at the factory bend there where it kinked, I really want to weld in a triangle piece there. So is break clean still your lube of choice to get the rubber bushing in? I've been searching on google and not finding much, I was going to try to use the press though to take them out of the old and push them in the new instead of beating it with a hammer, any reason you chose the hammer over the press?
