    Makhana chilla
    Preparation time:- 30-35 minutes
    Cooking time:- 15-20 minutes
    Serve:- 2-3
    Ingredients:-
    For soak :-
    1 cup lotus seeds, माखाने
    1/2 cup gram flour, बेसन
    2 tbsp semolina, रवा/सुजी
    3-4 tbsp Poha, पोहा
    2 cup water (as per required), पानी (जरुरात अनुसार)
    For paste:-
    1 inch ginger, 1 इंच ( छोटा तोकडा) आदरक
    5-6 garlic cloves, लेहसून की कली
    2 green chilli, हरी मिरची
    Coriander leaves, हारा धनिया
    1 tsp cumin seeds, जीरा
    2 tbsp Rice flour, चावाल का आटा
    Salt to taste, नामक स्वादानुसार
    1/2 tbsp sabji masala , सब्जी मसाला
    1/2 tbsp chole masala, छोले मसाला
    1/4 tbsp garam masala powder, गरम मसाला
    1/2 lemon juice, निंबू का रस
    Method:-
    In a bowl add all the soak ingredients and add water and cover it and then leave for 30 minutes.
    In a mixer grinder add ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and make a thick paste.
    Now in a mixer grinder add soaked items and make a smooth paste(if needed add water as per required).
    In a bowl pour both the paste and add rice flour, spices (add spices as per your taste) now batter is ready to make chilla’s.
    Follow the instructions as mentioned in the video
    Serve with green chutney, ketchup etc.
