    AFGHANI PANEER:-
    Preparation time:- 20-25 minutes
    Cooking time:- 15-20 minutes
    Serve:- 3-4
    Ingredients:
    ↪️For 1st Marination -
    200 grams Paneer (cubed), पनीर
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
    1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste, अदरक लेहसुन पेस्ट
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice, नींबू का रस
    ↪️2nd Marination -
    1 cup Coriander Leaves Roughly Chopped, धनिये के पत्ते
    ½ cup Mint Leaves, पुदीना
    1 Onion (roughly chopped), प्याज़
    2-3 Green Chillies, हरी मिर्च
    15-20 Cashews (soaked), काजू
    2 Cheese Slice , चीज़
    1tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste, अदरक लेहसुन का पेस्ट
    1 cup Curd , दही
    1 cup Fresh Cream , ताजा क्रीम
    Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
    1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder,काली मिर्च
    1/2 tbsp Kasuri Methi, कसूरी मेथी
    1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala , चाट मसाला
    1/2 tbsp Garam Masala, गरम मसाला
    1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder, जीरा पाउडर
    Water (पानी) - ¼ cup
    For Finishing -
    Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
    Butter (मक्खन) - 1 tbsp
    Bayleaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1 pc
    Green chilli (हरी मिर्च), Slit - 1 pc
    Ginger (अदरक), Chopped - 1 tsp
    Water (पानी)- 1 cup or (adjust water as per gravy consistency)
    Method for curry:-
    1. In a pan add oil and butter and let it hot, once the oil hot put ginger, green chilli and bayleaf.
    2. Now add left over 2nd marination and mix well. Add 1 cup of water or as required and mix well.
    3. Left the curry on low flame for 10-12 mins, now add paneer cubes and mix gently and off the flame.
    4.Afghani paneer is ready to serve, garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
