Funny story - I bought the OM5 TWO DAYS after the 6 was released. So I returned the 5 & now have the 6, totally worth it! I absolutely love this thing.

the problem with the gimble is when your phone is too heavy, it turns off, this was what I experience a few years ago, they didn't mention this, I found out at Best Buy. I am not taking my case off to make the phone lighter or connect and I saw you didn't either but you didn't have the iPhone pro max.. that is heavy. I do like the magnet, it's different.
I would recommend to look at the payload this gimbal can take (290gr). If you have a heavy phone like iphone 14 promax (240gr) you only have 50 grams spare for case and accessories. And believe me for some of you this might be a problem.
As a user who is used to filming videos with my iPhone and the light clamp, I think this payload is enough. And I assume that as I add weight, it will be more difficult for me to shoot for a longer time🤔.
The Osmo Pocket is now no longer in production, making way for the new Osmo Pocket 2 model which has a raft of updated features. We previously stocked a small range of PolarPro Filters for both model Osmo Pockets, however, they have since been discontinued. But, We have some new accessories coming soon. ( Would you still buy this or wait ? Looking forward to hearing back from you. 23rd September 2023

I'M SURE THE PHONE COULD OPERATE WITHOUT A MICROPHONE BUTTON BUT IT COULD BE CONVENIENT TO HAVE THE BUTTON IN SOME SITUATIONS. IT COULD WORK AS A FLASHLIGHT AS WELL AND HAVE ADDED POWER FOR CHARGING A PHONE. A PROGRAMMABLE APPLE BUTTON COULD BE ADDED LATER OR IMMEDIATELY.
I was literally about to get one until I saw another review which pointed out that it's not truly a 3-axis gimbal. It won't keep the phone stabilized at certain angles or doing specific movements like a DSLR gimbal would. For that price I'm expecting to fully take advantage of it and have the "full range" of motion possible, even if it's just a smartphone gimbal. If they'll fix this with OM7, I'll definitely pick that one up. Nice review J.
Hey, I picked up the Zhiyun 5s yesterday, it’s a proper gymbal and can handle heavy phones. I’ll let you know if it’s good but from what I’ve seen it is!

Action Mode on iphone 14 is basiclly apple intergreation Switch from OIS to EISwith huge upgrade making smooth and stable but will more crop field of view just like other android but there one phone android using gimbal that phone is vivo x60 pro and forward, you should making video about vivo x80 pro with much better stabilize video than poor iphone 14 is suck🤢🤮

The tripod is shi*tty plastic. It is better an option to buy a tripod or not the same holder with light or Not. You don't need two phone holders
