Lol. That’s butterfly pea flowers. If you like it try the Empress gin too - it’s blue! It makes amazing gin & tonic and it changed color from blue to purple when you add tonic water. Definitely my fav.

My last gimbal purchase was the DJO OM4 and let's just say "it's very dusty". Your review makes me think that I'll use this one much more. I also love the idea of the built-it tripod.
Does the spotlight come with the base package, or is it with the more expensive "creator" version? I hope that I can clip my portable little BogSofti to it.
I also love that it has a cold shoe. I'm hoping that I can put my Rode Wireless GO2 receiver to it. My biggest fear is if it is going to fully support Android, out of the box. With DJI we always have to wait for updates. Booo!
I use an Insta360 X3 precisely because it can do almost all the same things without a gimbal! Their steady shot tech is just as good
I ordered this gimbal and went to set it up and realized it will not let you proceed with their app unless you allow them permission to read and write to all your images. I created a folder that I tried to steer it to, but it ignored that and wanted full access. I don’t think it’s necessary for them to have access to every image I’ve ever shot, so I deleted the app, boxed it back up and returned to Amazon.
Can you say giving permission for them to use all your images for its AI training? I knew you could! If they want that then they are going to have to pay me a licensing fee for each image and video or set up a contract to pay me $500,000 a month for full access on a 5-year minimum contract.
I noticed that Justine conveniently skipped over the AI technology being employed by the gimble. Seemed really careful not to mention that aspect of how it finds and follows you.

i normally do not like phone gimbals but just got mine in today and WOW! i am so impressed with it. will be perfect for my trip to Nintendo land in a couple weeks. Mine did not come with a light though.

This one reminds me of DJI gimbals and the newer ones have fill light clamps with the same temp and brightness features. This gimbal seems more stable though 🤔

When you used the tracking around the table, did it pick up the sound or was you using a 🎤 etc.
Any idea how this works with Android phones? I tried one of DJI's gimbals, but didn't work quite as well with my Android phone as it did with my dad's iphone.

Hi Justine, I have a Huawei P20 Pro, do you know if this would work with this? I know it isn't on the compatibility list, but I know some phones not on their list still work. It seems if you want to use every feature, then an iphone is the only option, as android phones only have limited use of the features? Thanks

Hi, this is a creator order combo. Creator Kit is called. I myself have ordered such a package and am eagerly awaiting it. It's just going through customs... Just a few more days and this Insta360 Flow, Creator Kit gimbal will be mine. Nice presentation of this product, a gimbal 😁👏👏😉👍
Hohem iSteady M6 has an AI Tracking camera with a light that is super bright and can be adjusted color temp wise or switched to a RGB light

Nice review. Interested in the 360 part, which could make it a really attractive product, but Mike from 360 Vroomers indicates the following:
"It sounds exciting in concept but the stitching is not good. And it’s only 4096 x 2048. You can save the photos to use in PTGui, but if you do that, I think you might as well shoot with a DSLR. So the 360 pano feature is just for fun or as a gimmick."
If this is really the case, it's a pity...
What are your thoughts on the subject?
Is it possible to confirm with a thorough test on this aspect?

Currently have the OM5, and with my 23 Ultra its a super frustrating in terms of the limitations on the DJI app in terms of the resolutions, and a majority of the features preventing you from using any other camera app. Does the Flow have more flexibility with Androids, and does the android version of the app have all camera resolutions available?
There is a phone compatibility chart, but from what I have found the Apple phones still get precedent. You can do 4k 30 fps but not 60fps like Apple phones. Also don't see many things showing the slow motion capabilities with Samsung phones or using the telephoto lens of the s22/s23. I am hopeful they will update the app to support these features in the future though
Is that a true widescreen mode which, would be anamorphic? Or is this a widescreen cropped?

I just got my Insta360 flow today and noticed 2 things: 1. The handle is so small that holding it in one hand can really wear a person out with very little room to move around during long shoots, and 2. The app has no setting for HDR video. Even the DJI Mimo app has this option! This is a deal breaker for me, now that I'm getting comfortable with my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
use the phone camera app and let the Flow do the tracking in the background if needed
