My personal experience - See how easily your gut gets cleared in morning if you - 1. eat food with no oil (yes NO OIL), ok baba very very less oil 2. eat millets (little, foxtail, barnyard, kodo, browntop) & NO wheat or rice 4. have ONLY fruits in morning 5. don't eat foot after 8 pm. Do this and you will feel so light throughout the day with LOADS OF energy!
But u need the eat warm breakfast I ate fruits for breakfast and I got anemia and also inability to adapt to cold weather. I would recommend to eat what our ancestors ate in the long run .
Practicing malaasan at morning, and eating fibre rich foods like tegalu, more fruits and vegetables in your daily food intake, drinking more water in the early morning helps a lot.
Triphala, Blackish or brown Jaggery with a little ghee, castor oil with milk or almond oil with milk all works best. Also - Avoid eating too fast and too much. Mix food slowly with saliva. It helps a lot .❤
Good mix of fruits and vegetables besides cooked food, enough water and exercise these helped me. And last but not least peaceful mind devoid of worry, worry about life/situations/future causes constipation

We have read a lot about castor oil in pharmacy, but it is only prescribed for medical use as a medicine; the same is the case with triphla. Moreover, triphla is not recommended for daily/prolonged usage. The best option for healthy GIT is physical exertion, which could include regular morning walks, yoga, and household chores.

As a last resort in my middle age I started pleading to God who is the central government and without any medicine, no green leafy veg or exercise my bowels became normal and as you said after getting up within 30 minutes everything would be over. It is not just physical aspects.....there is something termed as hormonal aspect......which impacts our brain and emotions thoughts all of these subtle realms that causes different sensations in the body which influences us to express in a certain way and get the input as an expression of others....so...hope u understand it is far beyond much more ....when u meditate u will find out more...u want to know what the knower Mr Albert Einstein said in his last interview he said "however much I have known this world but still I believe that what I know is 0.1% of the whole exisistence and what I don't know is far more than what I know more than a 99.98% ".
I never get stuck inside bathroom for no 2 for more than 5 mins , ever in my last 23 damn years ,never means never , but the main thing is with , anxiety , and depression due to absurd behaviour of people . I had never faced difficulty in realising the gut stool , after 10 not more than 3-4 times at max , in my last 23 years , and i have a habit of doing it more , why i dont know , wherever i go outside whenever going for any exam , i do it , in the morning full complete but the main thing whenever i go outside ,yeah its true i eat fast food from outside which is not good which is why my cholestrol levels are too high and i do have high BP , and i too have sugar , i am a diabetic , but had never faced the difficulty of not able to do release my stool for more than 5 mins , ever in my last days .
