Secret weapon of farmer is not just the food.its the physical effort which he puts on firld to yeild Having this drink and sitting sedentary without any physical activity will lead to obesity.
You are correct!and that effort he is able to put because of what he consumes! effort can be put even without proper food but doing that will lead to body aches and it will lead to the degeneration of the body and bone and muscle problems, so both effort and food should be balanced to prevent problems! food without effort leads to obesity and effort without proper food leads to bone, muscle and physical problems so both should be balanced!
@@lalithamichael2668 ..agree with you.
It's still better to drink fermented milk over an excess amount of carbs even if you're sedentary. Obesity happens when you're in a caloric surplus, doesn't matter whether those calories are from, you'll get fat regardless.
True
So true and he gets immense energy from Sun

Ambli along with majjige (butter milk) is sold on push carts during summer in Bengaluru and they keep it in large earthern ware which keeps the ambli cool.
Im from Tamilnadu, this is our breakfast, it gives immense power too if you make it a routine.
It's PEJ in MAHARASHTRA
This is a medicinal rice variety usually grown in Konkan Belt of the Western Ghats. The soil in the region rich of flaura and fauna helps this rice boast of high iron content, and is also a good antioxidant. This Rice is also used to make Rice soup usually called as 'Pej' or 'Kanji', a healthy treat to kids.
Benefits:
1. Helps in increase in count of RBCs leading to good skin health.
2. Rich in manganese, hence recommended rice for diabetics.
3. Gluten Free.
Suggestions:
Soak it in water for 1.5 to 2 hours before cooking. Serve hot, with Sambhar, curd and some Mango Pickle :P
As mentioned above, this red rice is a good source of nutrition to children, women who are pregnant, patients, etc.
Recipe of Kanji/Pej:
Method :
1. Wash the rice properly and strain the water.
2. Boil cup of water in a pan, then add some rocksalt and rice. Boil this rice till half of the water is evaporated.
3. Boil the rice on simmer and do that till it cooks well.
4. Allow rice to settle down at the bottom.
5. The Pej is ready, take it in a cup and add some A2 Ghee and feed the kids.

Ma'am it's highly fascinating that you are using 2 utmost important terms i.e Bharat and Southern Bharat, instead of using India and South India.
I feel there is a clear distinction between south India and southern India, which nowadays used to make distinction between northern and southern India. Keep up the good work💯. Personally I'm amazed and i got to your video just randomly, but no more😊.

Hello Madam! 👋 I absolutely love your content, especially when you delve into the world of food! 😊 I noticed in your recent post that you mentioned Pakhala as a dish eaten in South India, but I wanted to share a little bit of insight with you. Pakhala actually originates from the beautiful state of Odisha! 🌾 It's a traditional dish that holds a special place in the hearts of Odias, and it's not just food, it's a culinary masterpiece and an integral part of our culture. 😍 It would be fantastic to see you shed some light on Pakhala and its rich heritage from Odisha in your future posts. Keep up the amazing work! 🙌 #DiscoverOdisha #PakhalaPride 💚🍚
Yes, I use this with onion, black pepper and salt. This I come to know when I was at Rourkela. Odisa. There it calls Pokhhaal Bhhaat. There most of my friends were schedule tribes living in the jungle. I use to go there home which were made on trees by wood. There I enjoyed a lots. Really it's a nice drink. Keeps stomach and mind cool in the summer. I recapt that there once upon a time I was encountered by a bear which was climbing on tree. The schedule tribes used to play the game, cock fighting by two anti parties, gathering by surrounding that area by tribes and they play satta on their choice cock. Yet, It was really a memorable day. 😊
Super lovely
Thank you❤
Not only in South India
In odisha it is call pakhala and the water called 'torani'
(In puri jagannath temple there were 5 types pakhala is prepared since long ago)
If this is legit , the Vegans would be very glad to know . We need to spread this knowledge to the western world too.
but she needs to show the source to backup that it is full with b12 other wise it's just like following someone's words just for his word like a sheep

Rice is basically carbs. So u r consuming carbs one way or other for energy. Being only water there's lessor calorie, gut isn't overloaded so u feel the energy. Simple.
usefull video .. do more videos about vitamin b12 solution and curying .... Plzz mam🥺
Pazhamkanji or Pazhinji

what do u do with the rice?
Good info.
Thank you mam ❤️
In Bangalore and the districts that surround it, ragi is preferred over rice. The leftover ragi mudde (steamed ragi dough, made spherical) is placed in hot water overnight. The following morning, the water is discarded, curds and chopped coriander, onions and chillies are mixed together to form a batter. Salt is added as per one's need and consumed. Healthy and tasty food
Yes my mothet and grandmother used to give us in the morning, used love this
In Odisha, especially during the summer, we often enjoy a traditional rice dish called Pakhala. This dish is made with rice soaked in water, known as torani. Interestingly, in Puri, the leftover rice from the Jagannath Temple is also used to make a similar dish called tanka torani.
Can anyone tell me what to do with the rice?
You can eat it along with the liquid.
Thanks for sharing this Rishika akka, much needed for me as I have b12 def and was on search for such type of drink which can also boost digestion. Many thanks🙏
I assume we discard that rice after seperation of Kanji water or can we use for other purposes?
The water is healthy than the rice , i guess
amazing .
In telangana we call it ganji/ambali. We also prepare it with wheat grains and sorghum grains. But the process is little different. Nowadays its not in the picture anymore. It cools down the body and keep you full.
In odisha we mix this with curd to make more taste and healthy to prevent sunstroke we call it dahi pokhalo
Yes👍👍👍👍👍
But it is "pakhaala"(ପଖାଳ)....... not "pokhalo"(Bengali people may write like this).....
can you guys please do a video on the fibunachi spiral breathing techniques....im sure we have this breathing techniques in our yogic pranayama method
In telangana we also call ambali

In kerala we call this pazhan-kanni (old porridge) and it is often mixed with some pickle, crushed shallots, and sometimes a little chutney
My friends make beer by fermenting rice and yeast/ murcha nepali recipes. It is so tasty not like alcohol
Thank you.
I would like to know can I just take the rice and water (pantha bhat) together with the onions, chilli and coriander leaves and add a bit of salt?
Will I get the same benefits as just taking the plain rice water instead? 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏
I think yes, since Pantha bhaat or the fermented rice is consumed in similar way only
Yes I used to have , very healthy
Does it matter what kind of rice you use ?
In goa combination of water rice soup is called pej which one consumes regularly
In UP & Bihar it called ''marh bhat,,
What type of rice is best used for this?
This is called "Ponta Bhaat" in Assam. We eat the whole rice along with the water.
What do we do with the leftover rice. Can we consume it also
My granma ,used to eat it wth crushed ginger&pnch salt, rice&water together
We do jowar and ragi in karnataka
I live in Surinam, South America.
Here we call it maarha......
Any alternative for earthern pot.?
In West Bengal this food is called as "পান্তা ভাত " PANTAA VAAT..
So what do you do with the rice? Throw it away? :s
We used to have ragi ambali everyday during our native days.. it would be great if u recreate this ambali video based on Dr Khadar way with millets .. rice should be unpolished if using n different variety of rice has different benefits
After that can we eat that fermented rice also or not
Yes u can... fermented rice is very tasty.. I love it
