    Its niche is the portability for sure . Well done on the testing keeping coming.

    This is kind of what I'm after. Something comfortable, good enough up hills, long range, lightweight. Scooters are supposed to be limit 25km/h in my area so speed probably won't be an issue

      I prefer solid tires as always
      .... ride to all road condition without worrying about flat tires.

     @Ginger On Wheels get the new GTS 2022. Im 160 pounds with gear and using my dragy i hit 0-15 mph in 3.82 seconds, 0-20 mph in 6.51 seconds and 0-25 mph in 10 seconds with a top speed of 30 mph. based of your 16 second 0-20 mph times the new one is way way quicker. for comparison i hit 0-25 mph in 9 seconds with the newer emove crusier and 8.5 seconds with my widewheel pro so its not far off. i dont expect you to get my times as im lighter but i saw many people who are the the 200 pound range are easily hitting 28 mph on this

      For the record I do not recommend this over the vsett 9 unless you need something ultra compact. The 2" ground clearance and super small poppable tires make the etwow a no go for me @ 210lbs unless I just need to make a quick trip to the store down the road or something.

  • @raylivengood8040
    @raylivengood8040 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    I achieved 15 miles after subtracting from my gps some walking. 24 mph top speed (down hill), and 14.4 mph average. Full throttle just under half full distance (15 miles). Elevation gain was 356 ft. I weigh 220 lbs.
    Nice compact machine. No cruise control 👎🏻
    Speedometer is off by a record 5-6 mph. I can only achieve 20-21 mph and then it slips down to 17-19 mph at around 60% battery level.
    Display console is ridiculous. It only indicates voltage at startup for a brief few seconds. Headlight is useless to see with. Rear taillight is good, but only works with electric brake, not with manual. The extra money for Bluetooth functionality is more a gimmick. There’s nothing useful other than the alarm. With that said, the alarm feature only works with scooter “on”. Once the scooter automatically turns off (😠), a person can push the scooter with no issue. However, once the power is turned back on, the scooter alarm and motor brake rolling resistance function reactivates. Very strange system to say the least.
    It’s a great little scooter besides those very annoying issues.

      As far as the Wolf front mud guard, there is a tiny Allen screw on the under side of the fender, right above the top of the tire. Go wiggle the fender while looking at the screws and you should find the culprit pretty easily.

      Power to weight ratio is key here. You can get something with similar power, but they're not going to be 28lbs. Etwow makes their own scooters. They don't take generic parts out of the parts bin and threw them together like majority of the Chinese scooters. They are one of the oldest companies around in the e-scooter world.
