- After avenger’s endgame, i think we can all say with confidence that getting rid of a character like tony stark was a big mistake by marvel. Tony stark was the face of the mcu and that character with the most fans inside the mcu, so marvel losing quality after losing tony strak was inevitable. And because I am still upset that tony stark is no longer part of the avengers, I decided to make a list of characters that could and should have snap the infinity gauntlet instead of tony stark in avengers endgame.

Totally off the beaten path..... I felt that stormbreaker should have the stones affixed to it, let Captain Marvel wield it as she could siphon off the residual power release of activating the stones and let Dr. Strange guide her through the mind stone so bring back all the living things Thanos snapped away.. I know this is a long movie as is,but,I think the writers could have made this fit. imho

Did we all just forget that Captain Marvel DID use the Infinty Guantlet when she grabbed Thanos. That was why Thanos had to take the power stone off the Guantlet; so only he had control of it.

Stormbreaker wasn't enchanted. Can't compare it to Mjilnor. Cap lifting it isn't the same. Thanos and Love also wielded it effortlessly. Regardless. Captain America would not have withstood the gauntlet. Being worthy of Mjilnor is not the same as wielding the energy of the Infinity Gauntlet. Would he have been willing? Absolutely! But he wouldn't have survived.
Exactly where was T'Challa going to get countermeasures to withstand the gauntlet in the middle of the battlefield? 🙄
Ant-Man at giant size is an interesting thought. Size may not have benefited him, though.
Thor, Nebula, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange and Wanda are all legitimate alternatives. Hulk, again, also. If there was better writing.
Steve Rogers definitely had a better chance of surviving than Tony. Stormbreaker is weapon made with the energy of a neutron star, so definitely only powerful beings are able to use it. And Hulk was the perfect candidate to snap the gauntlet but his arm was still injured.

It was possible, but Peter is to Young. I'm glad he wasn't the one using the Infinity Stones, because otherwise Spider-Man No Way Home would never have happened.
Its most likely because his contract with marvel unfortunately ended, thats why they killed him off

u are completely wrong cap being able to use use mjolnier doesnt make him strong it just means odin thinks that cap is a good person and tony is also worthy of the hammer and if you have the hammer you can survive a snap so ironman could have just took the hammer and survived

+you know literally nothing about the real lore you probably did not know that thanos was trying to save all of earth from the celestial who is born if there is enough humans on earth for a long enough time and if the celestial is born the whole earth and everyone there gets destroyed and doctor strange knew that so he did not stop thanos although he could have
I personally think the biggest mistake Marvel made was allowing cap lift mjonlnier in the first.. for Dude is just an experiment that worked.. he can never be worthy to lift a God like Object
