The nanosuit is practically a god armor. Super strength, super speed, flight, create weapons, shields, can go to space, can heal you, recharges itself and all you have to wear is the core on your chest.
Also, the thinnest armor he ever wore. He could make wearable armor with the same thickness of the original suits. If just a thin layer gives him that much protection, with a full thickness nano suit, he could create bigger, badder, and more destructive weapons. And it would last 20 times as long.
Great vid overall. A good improvement would be to lengthen some of the permutations listed. I had to rewind several times because most of the Iron Man 3 armor permutations were gone as fast as they appeared. Adding one or two seconds would help a bunch. The "ding" sounds were a nice touch, but they sound a tad gritty and cut-off. The actual sound is a lot like Cinemasins' bell effects, so you might be able to search for that. But seriously, stopping for each armor and showing clips for each piece of equipment demonstrated was great.
The older suits look like something vaguely mechanically plausible, with intricate linkages and mechanisms. The newer ones look less interesting because nanotech might as well be magic. More suitable for green lantern than iron man. Also using limited tools in creative ways (like deploying flares at close range) is more interesting than having a magic tool for every occasion

Nanotech is ordinary and also pretty faithful to how he progressed with his suits. Besides, there is nothing mechanically plausible in any of the suits, you would be jelly after a single flight in any of the suits.
We really lost a lot when the suit-ups went from complex interlocking mechanical parts to just... nanite ooze. Like yeah it's a cool visual up-close, but everywhere else it's basically just a wipe transition.
My personal favorite suit’s probably the Homecoming one. I mostly like the mesh between the Mark 2 and classic Iron Man color schemes. The nanotechnology suits are close contenders for obvious reasons.

Actually Nightclub is the "Black Stealth Suit" its an upgrade to Sneaky. Yet it appears red in the film. Also the Mark 6 did not have a Vibranium arc reactor. These were made using the new element Tony synthesised, which is not Vibranium. The Vibranium Arc reactors wasn't introduced until the Mark 30 aka Blue Steel and Mark 33 Silver Centurion.
I had looked this up when I saw it in the vid, and it indeed is _not_ vibranium. However, the novelization of the Iron Man 2 film, apparently, called it vibranium. From the Fandom page for Tony Stark's New Element: "In the Iron Man 2 novelization, the new element created by Tony Stark to replace Palladium in the arc reactor is called Vibranium. This information would later be invalidated by _Captain America: The First Avenger_ where Vibranium is shown as a rare metal already existing in the 1940s."
Hulkbuster was by far the coolest of his suits and Veronica is capable of suiting up anyone since we got to see in the animated series all the avengers got their own specific and unique Hulkbuster suit except Thor because he was already a Hulkbuster in his own league
Forgot to include: Inertial Dampers. Tony would be dead 10 times over from falling or being hit with tank cannons and explosions, without inertial dampers included in all suits, including Mark 1.

Not bad a bit ding-y like other comments say, just wanna point some things out Mark 7 was first to multi-use lasers (aka "unlimited" lasers), used juice outta ARC reactor, hence the new hand's backside design, also first to come with its own ARC reactor (1-6 used the reactor powering electro-magnet) Fingerless nano-particle gauntlet (civil war) & stark's infinity gauntlet (aka nano-gauntlet) were standalone tech pieces. Former stark dipping into nano tech, latter... well its an adjustable infinity gauntlet (based on tech used from older, more conventional & nano-tech armors) Also armors since mark 50 relied on "nano-particles" stark mentioned in the park scene (infinity war) that the new "heart-shaped" reactor also worked as the nano-particle storing unit (also reason why it couldn't regenerate, like black panther's suit)
Tony had an infinity gauntlet added into the mark 85. Secondary upgrade. He upgraded the suit to create the gauntlet and to be able to manage the power of the stones.
