Vision Prime the original is the old body this current version was rebuilt by Tony Stark and Henry Pym. But he evolved his tech inside and has used some future technologies to boost his powers Vision is more important AI than android while Red Tornado has also changed through scientific research and had Cyborg helping him with updating his status he is quite possibly a different android to Vision with powers of nature at his disposal and he to has an AI now based of tech from Krypton and Amazon and Atlantis. Metal and electrical sparks and mystical Elements make up Tornado source of inspirational powers. 1940 Vision is more like Jon Jones in his backstories an alien living on Earth and hiding as a hero and a decent detective too, he later was a member of many teams I believe he still is around he might of been involved in the Skrull Invasion and was imprisoned by his race but escaped and possibly ended up in a different universe briefly and The Collector caught him?

Marvel characters are well named, well written, and well conceived that DC characters. That's the biggest drawback of DC. Marvel explores all the possibilities whereas DC just exhibits their Monarchy. Marvel explores the human nature and the emotional aspect of the Super heroes, DC just uses the Super heroes to BANG-BANG-BANG. 😂😂
