    Hi Gowthami akka...Iam Reshma nenu banglore lo untanu...ni diet first day nundi follow avuthunna akka but not that strictly...I started with 82 kg..naku iddaru kids 2 .5 yrs oka Babu 14 months inko babu..venta ventane delivaries valla chala gain ayya. ..kani ni diet follow avuthunnappati nundi light ga untundhi and 76 ki vacha...xxl idi varaku size vachedi naku...but na sis top unte veskunna...M size lo vachindhi I felt so happy.....inch loss baaga aindhi naku... exercise kuda chesthunna....share cheyaali anukoni chesthunna Thank you v much akka u made me so inspirational to loose weight...annattu naadhi proper vijayawada akka☺️

    Hi gowthami tq for doing this video because I have asked u about this in the previous videos know by seeing this I have some more doubt so clear them don't think that message was big this r my doubts iam doing this intermediate fasting from 27 days from morning 11 to 7 that is 16:8 ratio in the morning 11am iam talking fat cutter drink 11:30am wheat rava with some curries and curd 3:00 clock 1 green tea and some nuts 5:30 clock 1 glass milk and by 6:15 dinner 2 roties with curry and at last 6:45 one fat cutter drink is it ok I will be waiting for your reply tq in before
