Before starting i thought i cannot do fasting for 16 hours and after few days itself i was able to do OMAD (one meal day) and continuing. This should be life style change.

Sweet corn tho makka garelu ravu sariga. Normal corn e use cheyali. We live in USA. We only get sweet corn here. I tried to make makka garelu many times here with sweet corn. But it never came out in nice shape. We miss this garelu so much🥲

I stopped drinking alcohol, gas kind of drinks as they kill the stomach very soon. so my suggestion please avoid alcohol and gas cool drinks. But night I will eat Whatever i wish and have it heavely.
Good thing emanate you guys recommended to take doctors advice and or nutritionist advice. For what it’s worth, my advice would be to reduce the quantity and increase the number of meals with each meal not bigger than what you can carry in your palm with half of it being green stuff. Also reduce or remove sugar from your diet. You’ll be at your best health 🫰
