Well done Sir. I've got a 1/4km of steep driveway and am getting a bit old to be hand shoveling, so looking for a DIY solution. I've got a welding shop and a high torque DC motor and controls out of an old treadmill that should work. Plus old bikes and parts.
Did you ever get to trying this with better snow?
I think lowering the gearing will help with getting the torque needed. And maybe a heavier duty scoop.
I've used nuts and bolts to stud bicycle tires before. Use domed head bolts and have the bolt heads inside the tire and the stems and nuts on the outside. Cut a liner out of an old inner tube to keep the bolt heads from rubbing on the wheel inner tube. Great for grip on packed snow and ice.
I might even try to make a blade that can be swapped between a scoop and an angled pusher blade made out of some 6-8" PVC pipe cut in half.
    Thank you again!
    Bert

In your video "How to Make a Electric Hand Truck at Home", the question was asked "From where did you get the motor and steering assembly from? a lawnmower? Wheelchair?? Scooter??" could you tell us the answer?
    Thanks

You ruined the bike and the shovel and wasted your time on a very stupid idea

Some ideas are good, but they just don't end being workable. This motorized snow scoop needs more weight on the drive wheel, and/or two wheels. Also, needs a method to dump the snow, otherwise it's just a snow pusher. But, then it needs an upright blade, not a scoop.

You miss the entire point of innovation though. 1 idea brings about another, and before you know it, you hit gold.

This coming from someone that took the time to post a comment that's ignorant, rude, and proof of their low IQ...... not to mention just plain wrong! 🖕
