- Part 5. Classic Game Room HD reviews Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and the Suzuka Circuit track. We drive the Suzuka Circuit in Japan with a Ferrari F430 sports car in this amazing driving simulator. Watch the time trial as we go for the gold (so to speak, we don't really get any precious metals in this game) Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is a superb driving game with numerous cars and circuits to drive, intended to keep us busy until the full version of Gran Turismo 5 comes out in 2009. Watch the footage of the Ferrari F-430 on the famous and technical Suzuka Circuit. Although this track was in Gran Turismo 4, here it is updated with better graphics and realism in GT5 Prologue. GT5 continues to be an excellent racing game on the Playstation 3 video game console. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on the PS3 is a look at the future of racing games with cockpit view racing, realistic and enjoyable physics and sound. Here's a look at a fast time trial on the GT5 Suzuka Circuit! How does this compare when you look at it like Gran Turismo 5 vs. Forza 2 and their version of Suzuka? Watch and find out. Not available on Wii or Atari 2600.... yet.

Who knows? I'm wondering if there will be added items following the main release that can be downloaded.
Also, who can say what you'll be able to do with the announced track editor for GT5. THAT feature could open up some VERY interesting possibilities.
I wish Laguna Seca, Tokyo R245, Trial Mountain, NYC, Hong Kong, Apricot Hill and above all SEATTLE was in GT5P.

Great video! I have a question, i heard some people said that in order to play GT 5 you need a steering wheel, some people say you dont need. So, do you need a wheel or you don't?
Am all but certain you can turn off the hud in the settings.
Agree on the weather conditions, I am getting myself one of those G25 steering wheels for christmas. I cant wait to attack suzuka in the F1 car on a wet track. I probably wont leave my room for days until I nail it :P
no the car is made to go to 180 - 200 mph, and yes the acceleration is as it should be.... can't wait to get this game my self (full version)

i think just like tha but i dont understand why people is complaining about missing career mode and tuning. i just enjoy driving :)

That is a Ferrari as far i can see. Why it speeds up that slow? Ain't they built for speed like 200 - 300 kph? Or is that mph? I can't see it really.
If so, i'm sorry. And yes, i CAN'T wait for that game. xD

The Playstation 3 can't read those 16 layers Blu-rays, the maximum it does is the 4 layers model (100GB)!
Google "Beat my laps around Suzuka Circuit!" for my thread on GTPlanet where I tested over 250 cars on this track to compete for best times.
