We Drive the Most Beautiful Highway in the World | Overlanding to Alaska | Episode 3

In episode 3 of our Alaskan overland journey, we head north to spend some time in Anchorage and the Native Heritage Center. Then we make a side trip to see the magnificent Denali from Talkeetna. Finally, we take on the beautiful Denali Highway, and explore glaciers and trails at the Castner Glacier and Rainbow Basin. We get to see what is left of the arch and ice cave at Castner, and make a camp with beautiful views in Rainbow Basin. Come along for the ride, as we get ever closer to the Dalton and the Arctic Ocean!

I really like how you show you working on your vehicle during the trip to keep it in good condition and your trail etiquette is fantastic. Truly great land. I have been going all over up here in Alaska most of my life and it feels like I haven’t even started. I hope you get that feeling and want to come back to enjoy the greatest state there is.
