- Zoo TV version! I try to avoid performing the U2 songs that every Edge fan out there covers on TH-cam, and generally stick to the lesser-known stuff... but some songs are just too fun NOT to play.

Drums and bass sound very clear and rhythmic in the overall mix with the guitar. Sounds like you have a real drummer playing and the Helix native is tuned in nicely. Great sounding backing track.
Thanks! I've really been working hard lately at getting the bass to sit properly in the mix, and upgrading from Addictive Drums 2 to Superior Drummer 3 has made a difference as well.

Nice, but a suggestion. Get the modulation on the delay higher. 👍
A fair criticism. I had the modulation rate set to 3.8 Hz and depth at about 25% for this one. Bumping the rate up to around 4.0-4.5 Hz may have worked a little better (especially in the harmonic section), but honestly, Line 6's modulated delays are always going to leave a lot to be desired compared to, say, Fractal's. The settings they offer you are very basic. An Axe FX unit will get you a lot closer to something like a TC 2290. Unfortunately, as a hobbyist, I can't really justify the expense, so I just try to do the best I can with what I've got.
@@StephVanLinden Yes. I use a Pod hd500x so i know the things you say. I had a TC 2290 and a Korg SDD 3000 years ago When i played in a band. But now it's me and no amps, so i sold both the units. But I regret it a litte, because they sounded so great, but I wanted a simple setup that could go direct to my soundcard, so i got the Line 6 pod the red one and then i upgraded everytime they made a new one. But the Helix i haven't got yet. I think its to much to pay When i just play for fun by myself.

Nah, I just do this for fun! I don't really want to start a Patreon or offer any patch-related purchases when all I do is perform covers that don't stray very far from the studio recordings or live arrangements. I wouldn't want to profit off another musician's work. If I was putting my own original music out there it would be different.
