Hey Mike/Ivan thanks for the great tips that you give us to determine which flooded vehicles are worth it. I'm from Belize, Central America and we buy from Copart/IAAI almost exclusively sight unseen so yeah its a huge gamble for us!!
Sounds like a good deal on the Exploder! I feel I'd want to change fluids at least before driving 3hrs though. I'm so curious what the older manual 911 cabrio sold for. I think I would have taken a chance on that if it were a decent price!
I used to have a 2017 ford explorer limited AWD for 4.5 years & put 90k miles on it. I loved it. Well until the water pump went out & they wanted $2700 to replace it & it had an unknown transmission issue so I traded it in for a totally blacked out 2021 ford explorer ST.
I liked all your videos and I knew you had the black Camaro and he fixed it up. That was beautiful and I like to see what Kamt looked at a 69 Camaro one time blew with white stripes that would’ve been a perfect Camaro for y’all to fix up because it had no it had no Not much to not much did ruin it no electrical and all that stuff you have been Car to fix up and they go for a fortune the 69Z and beautiful shape had a 69 was my first car was a 69Z and mine was green with white stripes and I had every kind of Z you could think of for the next 20 some years 30 yearsuntil my accident then all changed everything but I love to watch your videos just show more Camaros
Let's face it...8.700 with taxes and fees...for 2017 Explorer...with low mileage is nothing... there's no water inside whatsoever...and this will last at least another 100k miles..with no serious problems...just a regular maintenance on a regular basis... Great job..and keep up the good work guys...
Guys..........I would never buy flood cars; salt or fresh. While you may find one that smells good and the electrical components work, there is a good chance that down the road, there will be problems. Part of the big problem is that someone will think there is a fixable electrical problem, find a corroded connector or two, and replace those and think they are fine. But, there is seeping corrosion under the sheathing that you can't even see. It could be an entire wire harness. Funny what you said about "no keys" and it turned up to be locked up engines.....I have bid on a couple of no-key theft retrieved cars. Since I normally bid on MB, BMW, Porsche, it if generally $1k or more for new key/programming. Hope the Explorer works out.
I love to see more Camaros look at when you go look at Camaros or cars you could see if you see any Camaros could you show them on the camera? I used to drive Camaros all my life until I had to go disability and I’m disability you can’t afford a Camaro so I love Camaros one of these days who knows but I like to look at.
Makes me wonder what happens to the cars that never sell and how long they'll set at copart. Seems like 1/2 I see on your walk arounds should go straight to the crusher, but can't blame insurance companies for trying to get a few extra bucks.
Remember though that most of those wrecked cars are worth far more parted out but I think Copart prefer to sell the whole unit in one piece. Paring out is very labour intensive and subsequently another business entirely. - Either way these cars would never “go to the crusher” as they are far too valuable.
I wonder why they kept that Bentley outside. Usually they keep the exotics inside in that warehouse sort of room like where they had the white Lambo and red and white Porsche race car from a while ago.
When are we going to see more videos on that white Tesla Model Y from a while ago? I remember you guys saying you guys had parts in order for it when I asked about a month ago.
I wonder if we'll ever go back to a day where cars are not just filled with electronic gadgets. I mean it would just be so nice to not have electronic locks to not have electronic power windows to not have electronic displays to not have a computer in every car door in every pocket of every interior space of a car. Where you just went back and you had maybe fuel injectors in one computer to run the fuel injectors in the fuel pump but your headlights actually were an analog switch that just connected to the battery and all other lights were just a simple analog switch connected directly to a battery. Hell I was trying to fix a rear window that wouldn't go down in a 2001 Buick thinking oh it'll be a simple switch or a disconnected wire only to find that there's a computer in every single door that actually connects to a network harness and the computer decides whether or not the door can be electronically unlocked based on whether or not the car is driving. So no simple electronic connect the circuit or disconnect the circuit to unlock the the door or roll down the window. No the computer has to make a decision. And that was 2001! what the hell are we going to do with all these cars with all these computers because these companies do not continue to manufacture all these little computers which means these cars even if they're not salt water flooded are going to have their computer start going bad after 5 or 10 years and there is not going to be the support of parts to replace them and you can't do without them without just rewiring the whole car with analog switches was frankly probably is what should be done.
Can you imagine how simple it would be if those seats went back to the day where you just had a little lock lever that you lifted up and it slid forward and backward in the back of the seat just reclined or didn't recline. With a simple mechanical lever? But now every seed has to have a complete computer in it and six or seven electric motors just to get it to do the most simple functionality. It's ridiculous.
You guys were actually wrong with the 3rd car. It’s actually a Nissan Rogue Sport. See, the Nissan Rogue Sport is completely different than the regular Rogue. The Rogue Sport is smaller, has a different design, and is meant to compete with cars like the Honda HR-V.
There were literally thousands of flood damaged cars at Copart after last year’s disastrous weather conditions-but that business has effectively dried up now.
Locked up engines are EZ too fix ! Drain oil and refill plus remove plugs rotate engine too pump out water in cylinders , check transmission fluid drain and replace ! Should be all good .
Just out of curiosity, has anyone try to bid on the same vehicle that automotive rebuilder on TH-cam? If I had the budget, I would try to bid on the same vehicles that Goonzquad, Kondor Buildz and B is for Build wants. How bad can it get or get them mad at you. Has anyone done it before?
so you guys but that explorer for $9k and sell it for $18k ... yea no nothing wrong with our car markets... UNREAL and who pays that difference? WE DO! our premiums go up cuz they have to pay off these flooded vehicles, BOOM consumers pay for all that . . then these guys come in and make an easy $10k on it... THIS is why our car markets are the way they are... consumers get rammed for everything
Never try and start a flood damaged car without checking mechanicals - you WILL make things much worse - and you don't own it yet anyways......bad for next person....
I love the copart walk around and bidding. Keep it up.
Good acquisition, way it go guys. Now lets see the inspection and getting ready to be on sale. Take care, thanks 😊
Love the Copart Walk around videos Guys !!!!!

All you need is a dehumidifier for the interior
Sounds like a good deal on the Exploder! I feel I'd want to change fluids at least before driving 3hrs though. I'm so curious what the older manual 911 cabrio sold for. I think I would have taken a chance on that if it were a decent price!
I'm a fan of your channel so amazing build car and restore again to new
Nice buy.
Nice one
Well I like it when you worked on cars and know it’s you said your self minor damage or little work is what you want or to be copart sales team
Wish you would show us driving it home
I just came by your shop today. I do garage doors and happened to see the place. Do you have problems selling the cars with salvaged titles?
nice car!
Ivan you crack me up.
I liked all your videos and I knew you had the black Camaro and he fixed it up. Nice 👍
You should buy some of them cheap for parts cars especially pick up trucks
How hard is it to sell a previously flooded car? Just curious.
I wanna see you drive it home
Maybe just buy for parts car if cheap. Catalytic converter will bring back some $$$
Let's face it...8.700 with taxes and fees...for 2017 Explorer...with low mileage is nothing... there's no water inside whatsoever...and this will last at least another 100k miles..with no serious problems...just a regular maintenance on a regular basis...
Great job..and keep up the good work guys...
very nice
I would like to hear how the road trip back turned out With the Ford Explorer
You guys should also show what do you with these trucks or cars once you buy them. If you resell them please show it to us.
Nikko are you in Florida?

And a ozone machine to get rid of the smell
I love to see more Camaros look at when you go look at Camaros or cars you could see if you see any Camaros could you show them on the camera? Is that really a "Limited" and only a fwd Explorer??

Why you walk away if they smell? Pull interior and power wash carpets. Works great
Michael, that was the US state of Georgia bidding on the Bentley
I wonder why they kept that Bentley outside. Usually they keep the exotics inside in that warehouse sort of room like where they had the white Lambo and red and white Porsche race car from a while ago.
have you got your Porsche painted yet?
Please help the boys out. Like and Subscribe
It seems like helping them is all I do I got the brakes working on the fork lift today . Mike owes me lunch . SCRUBS say NIKO BROS OTAY |
That Bentley would bankrupt you in parts, even though they are mostly VW
First one from pakistan ❤
How can you tell what countries the comments are from?
So much complaining! Those should be no problem for you guys 😀 Thanks Brother!
When are we going to see more videos on that white Tesla Model Y from a while ago? I remember you guys saying you guys had parts in order for it when I asked about a month ago.
Wassup
Ivan treats Mike like his servant these days, I’m not sure we’ll be seeing them both together much longer..
My brother does the same thing to me because he's older no big deal.
How many brothers are there
I know Ivan and Michael
Is there any other brothers
that bentley went cheap even as a parts car there is a lot of value there
Whoever is watching this video, I hope this day will be a great day.
From pakistan ❤

If want to start Bentley you must put your seat belt on first guys.

Yeah, flooding will do wonders for all the computers and electronics in modern cars.
Luck what’s that? It seems you have done today of part of the film but good luck.
Volvo xc90 is so big engine could be fine so high up
What’s the difference between a Bentley and a porcupine? Porcupines have pricks on the outside
Flooded cars are a losing proposition. They make an OK flip, but the evenutal owner will suffer from hidden flood problems that continue to pop up.
First one ❤
There were literally thousands of flood damaged cars at Copart after last year’s disastrous weather conditions-but that business has effectively dried up now.
Bmw in Normal days won't work right 😂😂
❤❤❤

супер
Except for flooded cars you can't get fullest coverage on it
Why look at floods then? Hail and minor damage is better
with the talent you guys have why would you waste your time looking at these rust problems
Hate to see these flooded cars hit the market. Salt can't possibly the best thing for an auto.
so you guys but that explorer for $9k and sell it for $18k ... yea no nothing wrong with our car markets... UNREAL and who pays that difference? leave the computers PCM ,cms and just buy the car....
A
Come on guys we don’t want to go shopping….put out some build content.
Bentley is owned by VW and 90% of the parts ar VW
Never try and start a flood damaged car without checking mechanicals - you WILL make things much worse - and you don't own it yet anyways......bad for next person....
Housing harnesses in cars love water . Are you guys stupid ?
Boring
Then stop watching!! Stop following!! Just bc it doesnt interest you doesnt mean it doesnt interest others!! CLOWN😂😂😂😂
I’m so sick of Copart walk arounds!!! Unsubscribed
Why should anyone care
Bye
Don't let the door hit you in the back side.
