I really appreciate your filming and video style. Most other board reviewers feel the need to put music or commentary over their videos which drowns out the experience of actually riding the board. Thank you for the great content!
I agree with Kami. This is the most stable road-specific deck I have ever ridden. I was absolutely shock by the stability given the relatively short wheel base. The stability of this deck is better than several longboards I have ridden. The excellent padded grip tape will significantly help with the stiff deck.
Thanks for agreeing. Actually, I think the advantage of high stability was that I could use the performance of the board more based on that. I really liked that. And as you said, the grip tape was good enough. Thanks as always my bro :)
With Exway, Meepo and Backfire implementing the integrated LED Strip lighting on the edge of their street boards, I wonder if @acedeckboards the company would eventually consider implementing that LED option on some or all of their boards. The world is noticing the presence of ESK8 on the Road and Lighting would definitely increase night visibility for commuters and leisure riders. I have watched this video 3 times now and its becoming entertainment due to the storytelling at this point, that's how good your videos are now. Cheers again!!
Thank you so much :) And in my opinion, Acedeck has a different design direction than them, so I don't think they will release a board with such an aggressive built-in light.

Thing is damn beautiful. They did a good job on keeping the weight down…. If I didn’t already have 4 boards with a 5th on the way. One of my boards is an Ares X1 belt from 2013 and i think it’s over 1000 miles now I’ll have to do a quick video soon. Excellent review as always from you. The camera quality you have really displays how quality the finish is on this board.
I totally see this board having 4WD version later on.. I mean the extra added noise with elemental gear drive in the front would be incredible at high speed. The finishing on this board is well thought-out and well put together and it is beautifully made board. If they went with white finishing on the motors, that'd been extra sweet. After experiencing gear drive on Meepo Voyager for the very first time after riding belt driven board for pretty much all my life, it is one of my favourite config. I love Mad Wheelz V2 as well and white Boas would look great on this board.
Excellent video!!! Great job! Love your detail and tests and even your builds and edits for all your vids!! So glad I found you my dude! A spectacular esk8, beautiful design, very top and well finished construction and components, and its operation seems tremendously stable. I think a street board like this is perfect for everything. It's not small, but it's not a monster either, and both that size and weight, along with those gigantic axles are what will keep the esk8 as if it were on the rails of a train track. The only thing I like less is that it is so rigid, but that is personal preference and good for going fast, without a doubt, it is better this way. A 10 friend, your work is great as always. Speedin along at 11mins looked amazin and I'm not even a speed rider, that was awesome! Love the sound of the gears. Lovely board, beautiful video production 👌🏽👌🏽
I think the purple colors go well with the metal gray. Even with the same gear drive, the helical shaped gears definitely seem to provide better freeroll. The trucks are also the widest among the TKPs I've experienced. Agree, especially the battery gauge may not perfectly match the actual battery, but it looks good psychologically because it's divided into 10 stages. The footstop color is a bit girly, but I personally liked it. The stability of the split angle deck is definitely really good, so I think some downhill boards have it too. I love hub motor boards because they are so quiet, but it seems like the new Acedeck gear drives are fairly quiet, and maybe Linnpower are a bit louder? What do you think?
In terms of drive noise, Acedeck's gear drive, which combines helical gears, was a bit quieter. But it wasn't that big of a difference, and both were a little quieter compared to belt drives.
Great video. Very informative as always bro. Top specs for a great price. We'll done acedeck. I'm tall so the standing room is too short for me, I prefer a meepo hurricane bamboo deck. You are getting the stock boards and you don't change the gear ratio or wheels on your review so you should try another way to measure top speed. Especially with your weight the top speed shouldn't be 5-10kmph lower than advertised on every single board
Thanks for watching, but I want you to understand the relationship between motor efficiency, motor RPM per volt, gear ratio, and wheel diameter. Usually, the top speed stated by the manufacturer is calculated as 100% motor efficiency or up to. For reference, for the motor efficiency to be 100%, no weight can be placed on the board. Also, up to means the speed with the largest diameter wheel they can mount.

That's why I measure and report top speed with GPS in every video.
