@@HunterOfHircine that's exactly the same case for gotham knights, i have it, Arkham had gadgets, multiple stealth takedowns, harder enemies because of the specific requirement on how to fight certain elites like the bladed ones, grabbers, etc. Arkham is actually based on skill, I'm on gotham knights right now and I'm steam rolling everything regardless of the enemy type (talon, big guys, shielded guys, the league) even on hard, doesn't matter because of my gear, and all you really need is to dodge or ranged heavy/melee then spam abilites off cooldown, that's not depth, that's batman being simplified.

@@celtic19 for me, it's not about the power but in terms of gameplay perspective, it looks bad and uninteresting. There's no special animation or gameplay varieties, just a generic jump but with longer distance.
It's very clear they just wanted to force arkham games gliding mechanic even though the character itself doesn't match that abilities
0:51 bro really said "it's high noon" 💀
Honestly I’ll give em another game or two to perfect what they were going for with the knights formula 💯😭
they aint getting a sequal green lit son lmao
Sheesh that second example says it all
why Arkham knight graphics still look so damn good even though they are years apart..feels like it was just recently released ..damn 🔥
Because the artists behind the game knew how to set an atmosphere. They exaggerated with the rain, the dirt, the wetness, all perfectly done. Gotham Knights however, decided to go the more boring realistic look, which is why it feels so bland
lol that start of the video where red hood is just jumping midair is a real saints row 4 moment.
2:19 bro got a hearth attack 😭
5:32 really scared him into a takedown 🤣🤣
7:58 So Red Hood can do the Kamahamaha with guns?
as soon as i opened the video my reaction was "wtf is this?? jason isnt a damn sorcerer"
Arkham red hood outfit is FIRE ASF
"So, what are your pistols? Lasers? Tranquilizers?"
"Shotguns."
"...Huh?"
"Shotguns."
I hope they give us Arkham Knights Red Hood outfit in Gotham Knights! I love the Akham Knight Red Hood

2:19
That guy was really scared of Red Hood, he even played dead
Mystic hop scotching?🤣🤣🤣
no cap the glider is bad ass but that hopping is gross
2:20 Red Hood: *whispers* that’s why yo shoes raggedy
Guard: fucking dies

The only thing gotham knights has going for it is the animations are all motion captured and smooth, that's it.
I find it's gameplay smoother and more indepth than Arkham. Arkham games honestly just look like all the bad guys are taking their turn to hit you, it's rather odd. (Including when two try at exactly the same time.)
@@HunterOfHircine that's exactly the same case for gotham knights, i have it,
Arkham had gadgets, multiple stealth takedowns, harder enemies because of the specific requirement on how to fight certain elites like the bladed ones, grabbers, etc.
@@coruviel exactly, GK is so simple and bland. AK actually had a lot of different moves and tools to use and different ways of beating an enemy. And we actually fought dozens of dudes at the same time while GK has a handful of dudes that take 3 hours to beat cause of all that spongy health.
@@coruviel as someone whos platinumed arkham knight twice i can comfortably say it does not take any skill whatsoever, you mash x, they all get knocked out in like 2 hits after upgrading ur crit strike, the "varied" enemys arent hard, they all have 1 way each to stop which gets annoying and tedious, especially the shield guys who can only be beat with ur special takedown or the annoying aerial attack, my point being as fun as AK is, there is no difficulty whatsoever, even on knightmare they telegraph their moves so easily its not even a challenge, im not saying its better but GK combat is completely different and definitely more complex, especially when you learn you can combo by timing your attacks and actually use specific combos for certain scenarios, like robin has a light, light, heavy, light that is an AOE move to crowd control but also has some other heavy damages, dont get me wrong arkham is more fun to play but GK is defintely no slacker when it comes to complexity and difficulty
@@coruviel yes but arkham red moves better than the one in gk its the main reason I haven't played redhood as much because of how boring his combat is
They gave Red hood literally magic powers in Gotham Knight.
I have never played Arkham Knight Series and don’t plan on doing so. I recently just discovered Jason Todd (Red Hood) and I like the essence of his character that he will in fact murder you without hesitation either if he feels threatened or you’re a generally evil and dangerous individual even if he doesn’t the murder intent behind it. Gotham Knights combat system for Red Hood and even Nightwing specifically leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t understand how the developers somehow made Tim Drake and Bat Girl cooler than Jason Todd and Dick Grayson I cannot comprehend how they fumbled so hard on both of those characters.
In GK red hood doesn’t even kill what you talking about 😂 Arkham knight is better by a mile
@@jaymeescobar8388 Thanks for agreeing with my comment I guess? Lol
Red hood got the spiritual jump at 0:11 💀💀
Arkham Knights is so ahead of its time
The Gotham knights combat clip didn't do it justice. All he did was blow barrels up and use the bomb throw. There is so much more to it. I main Red Hood so I can back this up.
He didn't really know how to play Arkham Knight either in all fairness. Like, that is the some of the most disapointing AK footage I have ever seen.
Wish GK Red Hood was just as agile as AK Red Hood. I hate how they made him more muscle headed. And yet I still play as him lol
faxs. And AK red hood is pretty acrobatic too like nightwing
@@thisisntevenmyfinalform2025 he was never acrobatic like knight wing tho he was always known has the brute force guy that ends up being bigger than Batman
@@Snow-mp7zz batman is bigger dude. If you actually played arkham knight you would know that batmans is 6.2' and red hood is 6 it appears in their bio.
@Chris his talking about being bigger in weight Batman is 210 lbs or 95 kg while red hood is 225 lbs or 102 kg
@@christian6037 his talking about being bigger in weight Batman is 210 lbs or 95 kg while red hood is 225 lbs or 102 kg
One of the countless things GK expectedly left off is the Red Hood's hunched-over posture due to the months of torture.
Rocksteady (after suicide squad) should continue the arkham series using red hood, robin, or nightwing
A game of tthe arkham red hood overcoming the hate/trauma he had would be pretty good
I love Red Hood’s costume in Arkham Knight so much more than Gotham Knights
Why do I feel Odessey vibes whenever I see Gotham knights?
I’m glad I’m not the only one that felt that way because this is definitely assassin’s creed influenced
Everything feels so stiff in both the games, maybe thats why.
@@danieljoseph6404 Yeah, AC Odessey doesn't feel like Assasin's Creed. While Gotham Knights doesn't feel smooth and effective as the Batman Arkham games.
They're both grindy rpg games so ig thats why
It's them levels over the top of their heads lol
God damn 😂 joker torture the next pre workout
9:21 How is Jason just landing without breaking something? It’s not perfectly physically possible with Batman using his cape to stop his fall but at least it’s an explanation. Here he’s just, what, has legs made of promethium? Supermanium? Like come on. It’s cool but it’s immersion breaking.
I understand bro, but the thing is that this is a mod to play free roam with dlc characters like red hood, and in the dlc there is never building this high, that's why
Red hood was never intended to be playable in Arkham Knight's open world. He was relegated to combat arenas and compact stealth areas with _maybe_ a one-story fall at most. The only way to play him outside those modes is with mods, and those mods don't add mechanics that don't already exist for a character.
Arkham Redhood has that devious walking style 💀🔥
Arkham series at its best
It's strange to see Jason killing his own army
graphics and story wise i like Arkham better but for replay ability and combat Gotham Knights gets that for me
Gotham Knights Jason is better story wise
2:47 🤣🤣🤣 sound like dude was struggling against some shhi when redhood took em down lmfao
Arkham knight>>>>>>
Oh f' off, not even close
And if the guy playing knew how to play arkham, this could be even more awesome
I don't play Arkham Knight red hood too much he is like a cold blooded killing machine, but I like his combat and a different touch than batman.
Can anyone tell what are gotham knights red hood powers? he is shooting something like lasers..
Well, that's kinda what he is no? Red hood IS a cold blooded killing machine even if he only kills criminals
Lazrus pit gave him powers, he uses non lethal guns
@@Snow-mp7zz thanks
@@aryapradipta3106 That's not what he is. That's what you believe he is if you've only seen the movie and played the game. That's how he starts out when he first comes back to life, but he mellows out afterwards. If Jason kills someone in his main interpretation, it's because they _really_ deserved it.
@@prophet7753 So? He still kills those who really deserve it, he's still a killer, an antihero, that's what makes him so unique, he understands that some people and specially kids are forced to a life of crime in order to survive and goes easy on them since he too was in that position once, but he's also not as blinded as Batman with his code to know that there are monsters that genuinely deserve to die. By making him "mellow out" and follow Batman's code he's just another boy scout in the family, completely ruining his character perfect balance between Justice and Punishment.
The grab on big guys and throw looks so goofy they really didn’t think that one out to good
Arkham knight Jason looks more bad ass compared to gotham knight Walmart version.
9:20 bro just ate that fall
How is a game from 2015 looking way better than a game from 2022?
Technology advanced and creativity dropped
7 years later Arkham Knight looks better than most AAA games from 2022 💀💀💀 legendary game

Bro got scoliosis surgery in gotham knights
The game itself could have been award winning but I say the developers are the ones I’m disappointed in
the whole "lazarus pit gave jason floaty powers" was especially stupid. i always liked how much grittier arkham knight felt
Arkham Jason all the way
2:19 Redhood so badass, he has Conquerors Haki
Arkham Red Hood never died i think just tortured , But Gotham Jason got killed but not get tortured that much
Look at his face he was tortured alright
Tortured for a year is much worse than death
You've clearly never played Arkham Knight. He died in Arkham Knight, that's literally what makes him become Red Hood
@@MWOPPDLX you clearly never played Arkham knight. He literally did not die in that game. He was tortured for a year in Arkham asylum and his death was faked by joker.
@@michaelfromthewoods9114 how tf was his death faked? The joker literally shot him tf you talking about
Big guy smelled red hood behind him and fainted 😂😂😂
Guess which one feels more like red hood
the one with red hood, right? It's clearly not the one with The Rock in a red mask.
All I want is a full game for red hood in the Arkham verse just an extended version of that dlc pretty much
