Have been a Mcfly fan since the beginning and seen them live many times, these vocals definately had Danny written all over them! Absolutely stunning performance, and 100% this needs to be covered by him. I just can't stop watching this performance, gives me chills and is so emotional. I'm American too, I also knew It was Danny Jones Because The voice, I think Judges must be deaf not to guess Him As Piranha But Then again look our version (USA) The Judges didn't guess Chris Daughtry As The Rottweiler Either.
Danny Jones has a great voice but also is such a nice genuine guy too whether with Mcfly, interviewed for himself or brilliant with the kids on The voice uk kids, what you see is what you gey thanks for making Saturday's fun for all the family 😊
I'm not the biggest McFly fan in the world (though I am a fan!), and I said it was Danny right from the very first episode he was on. 😊THAT tone in his voice is just unmistakeably him, though I did say he had more range than I thought he had, which was explained by him saying his range had expanded since starting the show. Love that none of the panel guessed it was him, except Davina who must be kicking herself that she changed her mind! 😂

I will say I wanted Bigfoot to win personally but series 5 of the Masked Singer Uk was the best ever, just topped series 2! Everyone was so good and so much fun (even non-singers were ace)!
I knew it was Danny, but I've seen a TV advert for Gillette Lab's razors, sung by Tom Grennan, and I was convinced it was Danny, until I found out differently, so I can see why you thought that. I was surprised, I thought no one else sounded like Danny.
