Great video, I just got this machine yesterday and trying to figure things out. Curious as to whether the grinder can be removed to clean it, and if the steam wand has an auto metered stop function or if you have to figure out when the milk is done properly and manually stop it ? Thanks again, very informative.
I never had ice on a glass and pour the espresso instantly. Its nice idea plus that orange zest. If I make cold coffee I made freddo espresso. Its how we make it in Greece
Hi, I hope you can help? We can‘t set the water quantity according to the instructions. Press x1 and hold for 3 sec. Nothing happens. Do you have the same Problem or a solution? Nobody could help so far. Mans thanks for your answer. BR from Germany, Mike
in the manual there is an option to reduce the water volume. Enter settings as suggested, then use the dial on the right to select the correct setting. I believe there is a How To video from Delonghi themselves, or their customer support can assist.
My question as well. I guess this video is more for people already familiar with making espresso. I'm totally lost with dosing, grind, temp, predosing, etc...
@@ecscoffeeinc cannot seem to get the balance right between the grind and the dose. if i tweak the grind, i get stuck between 'speed shots' and the extraction getting stuck and shot times are out to 45 sec. If i play with the dose, i cannot seem to get into the optimal zone for a shot. All shots are either too sour or too bitter and swing from one way to the other. Using a medium/dark roast (Lonsdale St Roasters; Mojo Rising blend), 2 shot basket. Any advice appreciated :)

Which glass did you use for the cold brew?

Looks like an interesting machine! It would have been nice to see how the size compares to the Arte or Prestigio. Is this replacing the Prestigio?
This would be the same size as the Prestigio! So larger than the Arte Evo ☺️
Hi, what are the dimensions of this machine? I dont have a lot of space but i like this machine.
Im between this and the Breville touch impress, any thoughts?
Touch impress seems to be the winner but Delonghi has a better warranty
Is Delonghi going to bring upgrades/updates to their “manual” machines soon this year?
This would be considered one of their manual machines!

I wish Delonghi would put on the front a water level indicator so we would know without flipping the machine if it needs more water or not
Debating on one of these or the super automatic .. the evo or elleta 🤔
We were really impressed with this one! But super autos still off more convenience ☺️
Why no one talk about grind and dose setting ?

steam wand is 1 hole or 3 hole ?
Can’t seem to dial in on this. Any advice? Maybe a new video?
What kind of trouble are you having?

Save money on a knock box. Grab a small section of pvc pipe, a wooden dowell and a small tin of black paint. $5 Max, job done.
Can you take bean hopper out so you can. Hopper some beans
The bean hopper is removable but you want to make sure the hopper is empty first!
Likely too tall to fit under my cabinets.
Understandable it is something to be aware of
