Here is a more simple way to explain the amount EXATERALY. Cup of flour. Half a cup table salt. Mix. Half a cup water but add it a bit at a time

BETTER IDEA!!
ingredients:
• Flour (wheat flour can be used foo)
• Salt
• water (cold or hot, it doesn't matter)
• olive oil
• food colouring (OPTIONAL)
• baby powder (if you want it to be softer
take a bowl, and put 4 spoonfuls of flour. Then in the same bowl, add 2 spoonfuls of salt, and then half a spoon of salt. If you want it to be colorful then add 3-4 drops of the desired colour (dry colour like paint doesnt work). mix well.
(you might notice as well that the mixture is not coloured, there is no problem, you will see results at the end)
add water (hot water is more effective). Then add a spoonful of olive oil and mix well. add a little by little the wet mixture (olive oil with water) to the dry mixture (salt with flour). add the water with the oil with the spoon. ! DONT ADD THE WHOLE BOWL WITH THE WATER AND THE OIL TO THE FLOUR WITH THE SALT !
whenever you add a spoon, mix. when you see it gets more like dough then play with it with your hands and then add some flour with baby powder (THE BABY POWDER IS OPTIONAL. IT MAKES IT MORE SOFT AND GIVES IT A NICE SMELL) and play with it until it gets like play dough. when you are done playing with it. put it in a container and close it well. whenever you go somewhere with it take a container with flour for when it gets really sticky.
once you are done playing with it you will see that it has the colour you added.

Well what I do is use the same measurements with the same ingredients, but after I mix the flour and salt I gradually add the water directly into that mixture and stir. I repeat adding water until it’s a pretty nice consistency.
Then I add the foodcolor and lastly the oil and then I knead it. That’s how I make mine and I hope this helps!

Tips:
1. You don’t have to keep it in the fridge
2. You can color your final play dough with markers to make a cute pastel color
3. Just like normal play dough, you should definitely keep it in an air tight container or it will harden over night and you will have to make another batch
If u keep it in the fridge it will last longer

This took over one hour to make. You did not tell us how much water to put so it was really hard. If it’s to sticky just keep adding flour. And it will be amazing. I recommend putting food coloring AFTER the dough is done. It makes a really beautiful design and makes it lees hard. Make a big portion and kneed the doe piece by piece to get the best doughy result. And it’s edible to. If you want to eat it just add sugar instead of salt. Thank you!!! I made three batches that turned out really amazing. One red one blue and one green. I’ve Ben trying to find recipes and they all failed but this one worked a lot. I live playing with it it releases stress and it’s very amazing!! I’m sooooooo happy I finally found a good recipe!

1 cup of flour
Half a cup of salt
Mix
Half a cup of of water make sure u add a little bit at a time

HI!! Just to let you know, the oil does separate from the mix!!
So my recipe is flour and water! Just slowly add water until good consistency! Then, put it in a cup and cover with siran wrap and let rise... When you take it out it will stretch! At least once...give me a shoutout or reply on this video if you try it!!
Btw, it expires in 3 to 4 weeks soo, beware if you ever make this again it might mold :/
