My favorite retelling is that I am still waiting for artists to have the 2 thrones on each side of the challenge one throne being Penelope death if completed in The Challenge, and Antonius downfall for being cocky and sitting down in the throne (kind of like how he did at the beginning of the song) would of been cool if messy finished it with Antonius ready to sit down on the throne, only to THUNK
At 33:09 when he realized that it was Telemacus looking at him then he put his hands on his head when the screaming happened I interpreted that as the line of "all I hear are scream", because of everything that he has done and what he is doing. And the fact that it's in front of his son and this is how they met
I love the fact that VirusAP’s The Challenge has the mythologically accurate bow, aka the Palintonos bow. Yeah the way Penelope was holding it at 9:18 is actually how you would string it. You would have to bend it ALL the way back just to string it😂 no wonder they couldn’t do it
God this Penelope is just my absolute favorite character design of her!! She'sso butch and strong 😍😂. That's what a middle aged Spartan QUEEN looks like not some petite 16 year old Disney princess (no shade to other iterations of coursei just have a type 😅).

I must say a thing i noticed in the "challenge" animatic is that the eyes of odysseus are white and as you pointed out the eyes are the only coloured Part except for the blood on odysseus hands. So id like to think (obvl i dont know what the intention of the artist was) but i like to think its because odysseus is still the Loving husband (just like Penelope is saying later) his hands may be covered in blood but his eyes, his soul (as eyes are depicted as Windows to the soul) is still "pure" in way, his love for her is still pure and untouched it is not stained as his hands are, since white as a colour symbolizes pureness. Sry if my english is bad its not my first language ^^"

Something I love about Duvet's animatics is when it's an action scene, the fight is actually really well choreographed. Telemachus vs the suitors here, Telemachus vs Antinous in Little Wolf. Something I also like about her Odysseus, which I personally think should've been called Old King, but that's just me, is when he takes the hood off and smears the blood all over himself, it reminds me of Record of Ragnarök when both Poseidon and Hades did the same thing. Probably just a coincidence, but I love it all the same.

Something i adore with this piece of Duvetbox's work, Is that they give our darling Little Wolf, a Dual-Ended Spear, Rather than a single ended spear, Meaning that its designed for fighting off a swarm of attacks from multiple sides (The perfect tool of defence for someone who doesnt know when exactly a fight might break out and may not have something secure to their back and sides when it does.)

The thing about DuvetBox's Odysseus animatic is that the end with Ody running his bloody hands through his hair reminded me of a cutscene from Yakuza 0 where Akira Nishikiyama kills a man and then slicks his hair back with his bloody hands. So Penelope would be a warrior Queen and should be built as such and we Stan for that

Also, the way Penelope looks in the first animatic, it's agood way to show she is, in fact, from Sparta, because she would've been a trained warrior woman based their culture, hence the larger build and slight muscle to her frame as compared to Odysseus.

I don't know if anybody else in the comment has pointed it out, but the other thing with a more strong approach to Penelope instead of the soft queen that we're used to is the fact that she is a queen of Sparta and Spartans raised their women as well as their men. So Penelope would be a warrior Queen and should be built as such and we Stan for that

Also, the way Penelope looks in the first animatic, it's agood way to show she is, in fact, from Sparta, because she would've been a trained warrior woman based their culture, hence the larger build and slight muscle to her frame as compared to Odysseus.
