i always thought the bend was a butt thing and the snap was more of a posture adjustment of rolling the shoulders back therefore pronouncing the chest. and as someone with a particular appreciation for the chest the jiggle physics theory only doesn't track for me because in that case one should only be bending to a 90° to allow best oggling of the cleavage. when they bend all the way you lose sight of them and your gaze is shifted posteriorly.
