I’m glad that dualtron finally has budget pricing this year for scooters while retaining Korean minimotors excellent quality. Blutran lightning for example is a fantastic scooter for the price along with this scooter.
not a bad price if you don't have to lift the thing, but that70 lbs seems like a lot for what you are getting there. The dualtron spider is 57 lbs and matter in many ways... but more $ I wonder why they went so heavy with the small motors and battery of the Popular. Personally I am always on the lookout for the best thing i can find under 50 lbs. currently on a Hover -1 journey max for that reason.
@@Frostorm777 emove cruiser is a great scooter, I love that they have breakdowns of all the parts at voro motors to make them easy to repair. but its a 56.4 lb scooter. 50 lbs for me is comfortable to carry up 5 stories in my work which has 20 foot floors, so basically 10 stories in a residential building. I live in the highest crime lowest income zip code in FL, so leaving it outside is not an option As it will be gone or destroyed in attempts to steal it when I go back outside.
This is an important consideration being able to lift your scooter up into the trunk of your car or onto a truck. Yes, I would love to have the Dualtron Thunder or even the Segway GT2. But I will never take that with me on my camping trips. I found that the dualtron eagle was a nice medium which I could easily pick up puck up and transport.
i was looking at like soo many electric kick scooters even looked at local ones like Motus Or techlife but im going to go with the dualtron popular top edition
Thx for the video, great job! I just got one, an identical one. However, one detail that seems to be different on yours, is that button underneath the Power button on the right handle. Yours turns on and off the lightning, on mine there's a Single/Dual motor button. You have the dual version right? How do you switch between single and dual drive if you lack that button? Thx!
Really appreciate the time and effort you put on those reviews. They really help. Thinking buying one of those, how is the 9" tires. Is it really a issue riding on packed trails or grass?
Hey Bro! I have a Question for you, In Settings there is a option called Drive Modes and your options are Battery Save, Comfort and Climber, I have it in Comfort Mode and it doesn't reach top speed that is listed. Does Climber make it go quicker? When you enable it, It says Battery and Motor May Heat Up.
If it weren’t for the tire size, I’d be seriously considering this one. I’ve got a Varla Eagle one pro (your review helped me decide on that one thank you) and even with 11 inch tires I have some concerns blasting along at 40mph on Chicago streets. The only dualtron with big enough wheels I think is the city, and for that price I could get 2 roadrunner pro’s from voro motors. Which is what I think I’ll do haha
I'd agree, I thought they messed up on that, everything else about it is awesome. Guess there's people that like small tires which is why they made it lol
@@ElectricRevolution there definitely is a large portion of the market that will be interested at the lower price range, and it will be a heck of a last mile commuter trunk scooter for a lot of people
Firstly thank for the time and effort appreciate you reviews. I have question compare to dualtron pop vs punk pro which one do think better in terms of drive, app functionality and portability?
You bet and thanks for watching. Both scooters are awesome and I reviewed both if you want to do a side by side. To be honest it's been a while since the Dualatron review so I'm fuzzy on the details. Overall, I'd say Dualatron is better for power and portability and Punk Pro is better for comfort and ride/feel. Hope that helps
I really like the Dualtron Popular but that 9 inch tires with slim side wall drive me crazy, i am 95 kg and i make a rear flat every week. I wish someone makes a 11" conversion kit for this scooter. If you are very heavy, it's not for you.
Can you swap those batteries? Dualtron scooter is got that addicting sound i love that front fork suspension this is their first only front fork suspension they must seen Segway front fork. Thank you for your review 😊 really appreciate that 😊 once i got my tax return i get this one because i never owned a Dualtron before. Dualtron owners love the sound of Dualtron. What do you think of its sound? Currently I'm using Mercane MX60 have you review Mercane MX60? Not alot of review on this scooter it's also a front fork suspension if i get Dualtron popular would be my second scooter.
@ElectricRevolution They should add a swappable batteries this will increase it's sales I like swappable batteries in case of emergency and add extra miles. Thanks for reply really appreciate it 👍
Kulter is higher end so hard to compare, really depends on your price, can't go wrong with either. I did a review on the Kullter too if you wanna see how it performs

A very helpful demonstration of the app, including the lighting and all the power and percentage settings. Very thorough! Thank you.
Wish i could own a scooter with Dualtron lighting, Nami performance and tech, kaabo high speed stability, 70lbs, 60mph, 72v, 40ah, 10 year warranty 😂
I guess they gotta do a collab then...
Same bro, same 😂
Might want to get yourself a casket also. 😂
@@JonathanStrome ...ok, also it will come with life insurance policy
I can promise you my lightning 2 weighs more than 70lbs with the biggest battery option. 90-95 maybe
Wow I can't believe the top speed. Most scooters that have that power hit 30
Great 90% review.it’s IPX 7!!!.
Watch out Apollo!!!
Bunnyhop was a torture & can be damaging! Ride safe.Thank you.
Thanks!
only the screen is ipx7. The rest of the scooter is ipx5.
Wow for the price that is insane
Agreed!
Great video! Very detailed

Look at the Emove Cruiser S. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Que pense tu du système de pliage de la potence ? Est il fiable ?

Hey the scooter is awesome what is a suspension like? I have vsett 8 and suspension is amazing

You bet! Thanks for watching! 9" tires are small for off road, packed trail they'd be ok but I'd mostly use this for paved trails

I'd reach out directly, they should be able to help
How do I access the o settings on the popular dual motor?
and how do I change speed limit to 25kmh? 70kmh is way to fast I crashed on it going 40kmh a week ago and I’m scared to ride it with 70kmh 😢
Hi I am wondering if the Single motor has all the same features and does it have good acceleration?
It does just not as powerful for speed and acceleration
@@ElectricRevolutionhow fast is the single motor ? Idk what one I might get it’s either this or the avarla m10 what one to get which do u recommend
@@ElectricRevolution yes please comment
Nice scooter 👌🏽
how far can you go with a 1400 Ah battery charged 100%?
Not sure, a long long ways

Wheels are small for sure but these guys have many models so thinking they are appealing to different people by making small and big
Vidéo de qualité
What is the max speed in this scooter
Said about 10 times is 38mph or 61kmh
Dualtron should learn about tread-locking….

When they get to $300-$500 I’ll buy. I need a light weight cheap one for my plane.
What about real life range? With mode 2 , constant cruising with 20/25mph ? My weight is 60kg.
EDIT ! Thanks a lot ! :)
I'd say around 25 miles
Dualton Popular or Rovoron Kullter?

How can weight be 71 lbs the light battery the light the scooter
It's a smaller scooter
hello there the lightest dualtron scooter is the TOGO.
Good to know :)
I like dualtron handlebars why they screwed up on this one 😂
Not sure?
How aggressive is the torque on maxed out settings? Great job on the video by the wayv
I had everything set to the highest level for the review so what you see in the video is how fast it gets up and goes
Weels to small
DualATron 😂
