Haley Mann that’s what I love about this incredible show is that the ensemble are an integral part of the show and there so many musical numbers show casing just how brilliant the ensemble vocal arrangements are. God I could go on about just how much I love this show and adore everything about it.

It's extremely hard to play Morticia (I know, I was the understudy for the role in our school musical a few months ago), but this woman NAILED it!!!! I've around twenty or more versions of this song on TH-cam, and she is one of the two Morticias I found who actually is good in the role
I saw this in Edinburgh and it was such a good production. The entire cast was perfect. Out of all of the musicals I've ever seen it's by far the overall best cast. Carrie was perfect as Wednesday, morticia was perfect, Gomez was perfect, fester was perfect it was amazing
That last verse, with the family and all the ancestors? It literally made my chest feel tight, remembering being an ancestor this past April and how incredible of an experience that was.
Seen Addams twice now and the whole cast is amazing!!! I particularly loved the Ringmaster Ancestor (2:53); throughout the show he had grace and just something eerie about him!!

Sad to see that many people judge the whole show and cast based on just this one video .. What makes a show a great show are all musical numbers and the actors telling a story, not just a great opening number. I'm also disappointed that many people don't like it, because they changed little things. I guess sometimes people aren't very open minded, when they learned to love something and don't want things change, but at the same time very production needs to be different and innovative, so the show stays interesting, I think. But then again that might just be my opinion

Ya when I first saw that she didn't have the braids I was a little disappointed (I still love the original broadway cast/costumes regardless) and I'm glad that in this version she was given her iconic braids back.

I sorta miss some of the original choreography.. I like some of the changes but i really miss the hand movements on "family first, and family last, and family by and by" also they do their snaps different. But still very good!!

This is a completely different set of producers mounting a new production. When you apply for the performance rights as either a proffessional or amateur you are granted permission to mount a production based on the written materials. Licensing the use of a production is a different deal. In this case it would be illegal to use the original choreography, just as it would be for ameteurs to copy it. The book, music and lyrics have been reworked in places, they constitute as changes. The choreography starts from a blank canvas, therefore there is nothing to be changed: they are 'differences' to the original Broadway choreography, not changes to it

Guys I did the teen version of this and it was one of my favorite musicals I’ve every done, in my opinion. It’s such a great musical and soundtrack, and it’s wonderful in my opinion 🌸

For everyone saying that the entrance of the ancestors is a real let down, it's amazing in the actual production, they have them coming out of a door under the stairs filled with smoke and bright lights and lots of them have a solo song and dance. This is definitely not the best number in the show but The Addams Family is one of my favourite productions and this cast is probably my favourite so far.
My town put this musical on at the local theatre in 2019. I applied for their summer programme as an extra and will never forget the wonderful atmosphere of taking part in the show!! It was an outstanding production in my opinion and I wish I could relive it 20 times!! Still remember all the lyrics and dance moves I loved every minute! (I was an ancestor- a ghostly painter haha!!)
