B12 is an essential vitamin that even meat-eaters often don’t get enough of. Many of the smartest people on earth, with access to the best doctors and research scientists, take a multivitamin pill with B12 and eat a wide variety of vegan foods to help the animals, the planet and themselves.

🐮 QUESTION 4: Why don’t vegans drink cow’s milk?
Because they’re not a babies or cows. Cow's milk is for baby cows. Cows only produce milk when they’re mothers, right after having a baby. Otherwise, like all mammals, they don’t. Each time you choose cow's milk or other dairy products, you are stealing from a baby cow. Sadly, the boy cows are murdered because they are considered to be "useless" in the industry. Vegans don't believe in stealing from, or murdering innocent animals who have never done a single thing wrong to us ever.

It feels amazing! Being vegan is a joyful way of living, which seeks to exclude the use of animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose. It feels awesome to be kind.

Yes. Being vegan is a moral baseline for any kind-hearted, sane individual. It protects the animals, the environment and human health.

🟪 QUESTION 7: It’s our duty, to be vegan?
Yes. While we’re alive on this earth it’s our duty to strive to do the least harm to others. Being vegan is part of that. We cannot call ourselves “good people” if we needlessly hurt innocent animals just for our taste pleasure when there are other options.
➡️ Homework: Google “Delicious Vegan Chilli Recipe”, make it and invite a friend over to celebrate your Happy Vegan Declaration Day!
🧄 QUESTION 8: Should men be vegan?
Yes. Good men are natural protectors of those who are weaker. Animal use is the worst atrocity of our time because so many families participate in it, three times a day without giving it a second thought. This causes immeasurable suffering for pigs, cows, turkeys, chickens and countless other animals. Good men take care of animals, the planet snd their own health.

🍌 QUESTION 9: Should mothers be vegan?
Yes. Being vegan is the least we can do to help animals, who have a right to life, liberty, and happiness, in the same way that we do. Good mothers don’t put death on their children’s plates.

✝️ QUESTION 10: Should Christians be vegan?
Yes. The Bible says not to steal. Taking body parts off animals and eating them is stealing their right to live. Vegans don’t steal. They don’t steal animals’ fur, feathers, wool, eggs, milk, honey, freedom, body parts, or their lives.
➡️ Homework: Look up the 10 Commandments and read what it says about stealing and killing. Notice that it never says anything about people or animals. It simply says not to kill or steal from anyone.
🍉 QUESTION 11: Why is being vegan a form of racism? Because using, or killing someone, just because they look different from us is wrong. Racism towards animals is called speciesism. An example of this is when you adopt a cat but in the same day, you eat a burger which means you paid someone to kill a cow.
➡️ Homework: Google delicious lentil vegan soup recipes. Shop for the ingredients and create a short video of the experience.
🥝 QUESTION 12: What would happen if aliens came who were smarter and stronger than us? If aliens came to earth and treated us the way we treat animals, we would be begging them to stop killing our babies and pleading with them to eat lentils, beans, rice, potatoes, tomatoes, kale and tofu instead of commodifying our families. We would finally understand how wrong it was for us to bully the innocent.
➡️ Homework: If you truly believe in “the circle of life” (a Disney movie song), write an essay about how you would voluntarily give up your family members if smarter, stronger aliens came to claim them as “food”.
🍎 QUESTION 13: Did you know that it’s healthy to be vegan or are you just finding out today? According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, being vegan is healthy at any stage of development- one just has to eat enough calories, and a variety of foods each day, including fruits, green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grains. ➡️ Homework: Name 5 cruciferous vegetables and why it’s important to eat them. Here is one, to get you started: kale.
🥕 QUESTION 14: Did you know that being vegan helps protect the planet by reducing one’s carbon footprint? This allows the earth’s air, water, and soil to remain clean for both the animals and the next generations of children. ➡️ Homework: Think about the animals on factory farms that are still alive right now but about to be killed and put on shelves because of something called “supply and demand”. Write about what you can do to stop this cycle of violence.
🫐 QUESTION 15: Did you know that everyone reading this was born vegan as it simply means doing the least harm to animals? Babies drink their mother’s milk which is vegan because it is given freely, not stolen. ➡️ Homework: Watch Dairy is Scary on TH-cam. It’s only 5 minutes long. It’s essential learning that should be shown to all students before graduating from high school.
🍇 QUESTION 16: Why are children naturally kind to animals? Because it’s in our nature not to eat them. All children who are placed in a room with a rabbit and a banana, will choose to play with the rabbit and eat the banana - not the other way around. All children intuitively love animals. This is why they want toy animals in their homes and love to watch them play together on TV.
➡️ Homework: Think about animals you have cared about in the past. Imagine yourself as the hero who saved them from harm. Apply this to other animals you have not yet met.
🍐 QUESTION 17: Should I feel guilty for eating animals when I was young? No. It’s not your fault that your parents fed you the flesh of animals when you were a baby. You didn’t know the difference between a mashed- up carrot and a mashed-up carcass. You opened your mouth because you trusted your parents. But when you know better, you can do better, which means that, at any time, you can simply go back to your roots and be vegan again.
