In 1869, he founded Booth's Theatre in New York. Some theatrical historians consider him the greatest American actor, and the greatest Prince Hamlet, of the 19th century. It's clear that you studied the art of youtube shorts. We got a catchy title, subtitles for main plotpoints, recognizable style, slowly zooming in and out of pictures to keep viewers from clicking away, and of course the looping of the video and a well made loop at that. Very well made short hope to see more

The craziest part about all of this was that when Edwin saved Robert Todd's life, he was at the train station that day travelling with his friend John T. Ford, owner of the Ford Theatre which is where Lincoln would be assassinated.

The falling out was prior to the Lincoln assassination. Edwin Booth, the more famous of the brothers, had to start working as a professional actor from a young age to keep an eye on their father, Junius Brutus Booth's tenuous sobriety. As a sometimes unwilling worker, he sympathized with the slaves and supported the Union as a patriotic duty. John Wilkes Booth was allowed to stay in private school in Maryland where all the "cool" i.e. rich kids were the sons of slave owners, so he came to idolize and aspire to that social class. There was at least one other brother, Junius Brutus Jr., a sister, Asia Booth Clark, and at least two other son of Junius Sr.'s abandoned along with Junius' first wife in England.

Edwin Booth is HARDLY "best known as the brother of John Wilkes Booth." Edwin Booth was America's greatest actor going back to the 19th century and into the early 20th and THAT'S what he's known for, at least in this country. I doubt he's really known anywhere else in the world by anyone but theatre historians and scholars of political assassination. On a side note, he ALSO was known for being the brother of Abe Lincoln's assassin.
