There is no person on TH-cam that I found as helpful as you as far as saving money on raw dog food thank you. I thought I was going to have to spend between 4 to $500 a month

Investing in something like that makes a word of difference and to have someone be like, this is what we got, used it for 3-4 years with no issues whatsoever is so helpful, and it pays for itself within months. I just commented on how great this woman’s videos are for those looking to make the switch because of how simple she keeps it in comparison to all the other raw food videos for pets saturating the internet. You watch others and you just see money signs burning and you standing in the kitchen, hair a mess, with a hammer and meat tenderizer, raw organs laying all over, 900 supplements and scales to measure everything just crying 😂 and it doesn’t have to be that way! You’d never know though watching all these other videos.
I use Apple cider vinegar and honey green tea bc it keeps their ph balance. Btw great video

Yes, I need a food grinder , thank you, because I use my food processor and the blade gets stuck into the big bones 🦴 and sometimes it gets dangerous for me trying to pull it apart. Thanks for sharing because I never thought about a meat grinder. Also, with the coconut, do you give it to him whole without prepping it some kind of way? 👍🏽😊👍🏽😊

If you take water 50/50 Apple cider vinegar take a towel dip it in the solution rub his paws it will help, buy organic apple cider with mothers in it

@@TheHoppyHomestead my dog is on two months raw and I’ve been paying roughly 9 dollars a pound so definitely some cost saving by doing it on my own. Pretty sure Westin jacked their prices up after your videos lol Shessh
🤣 for some reason the price on the Westin grinders fluctuate significantly from month to month. I've seen it as low as $550 and as high as $900. It's really bizarre and it doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it

Be extra careful when buying food/supplements off Amazon. I've read many different types of comments/reviews that say they got a bad product. There seems to be a lot of knockoffs. Unfortunately, I don't think Amazon keeps a watch on this sort of thing.
Those organ supplements are handy for those of us that don't have access to different types of organs. I can feed liver all day long but I can't find anything else locally. It's very frustrating.
Does your Weston pro 22 heat up at the motor housing? I tried a Lem #12, .75 h-p and it performed well but got super hot. The Weston pro 22 is around $600 now so I went with the Lem 12 because it was only $450 but I’m wondering if I should return it while I still can or if the heating up is normal. Thank you so much for your channel, it’s a HUGE help to me.
Hey thanks for watching! The Weston doesn't get hot. I spray it down right after and I don't notice any heat. A bit of warm air from the vents while it's running but I think that's expected with any type of motor
Hey I got a quick question. For the beef liver capsules, how do you feed him them? Thanks a bunch.
Sometimes I just shove them into his food, other times I open the capsules and sprinkle them on top of the food. He seems to enjoy the taste when I do it that way. Just depends on if im in a rush that day 🤷🏻♀️
I thought in another video you said you had a Westin Pro commercial grade series 12???
I did but I was mistaken. I found the actual purchase receipt and it was a 22
