    Anxiety and panic attacks
    Low levels of libido
    Thinning of the hair
    Brain fog and memory loss
    Sleep imbalances - waking up in the middle of night
    Irritability
    Vaginal dryness and itchiness
    Thyroid imbalance
    Weak nails on fingers and toes
    Gut imbalances
    These are all they relate to me. I’m 37 and was thrown on Levothyroxine with no explanation and my Endocrinologist won’t check any thing but basic level tests. I know something is off. Thank you for you help. I’m chasing after my wellness...it’s time and who will if not me. Thank you so much Dr. ♥️

      If you are hypothyroid, you can easily become estrogen dominant. That is what happened to me. The thyroid hormones and estrogen both bind to the same receptor sites and compete with eachother. When your thyroid is low, more estrogen is binding. So you end up estrogen dominant.

    Doctors just keep telling me that it's all in my head. Male doctors of course. With labs having a "slightly" low level to thyroid... they'll say... that wouldn't cause the symptoms you're having. Only you know how you're feeling. Keep a note on paper as over several months you will see a pattern that cannot be denied. Research and practice what you are going to say as it will help to keep you calm. Also have a come back ready against the negative comments the dr might say when presenting the evidence. Hope you get the treatment you need.

    I just wanted to tell you how much I love all of your videos and your channel. This video hit the nail on the head for me as I deal with estrogen dominance, I am hypothyroid, i have PCOS, I have a leaky gut, low progesterone, HPV, ovarian cysts , basically everything that you were discussing in this video applies to me. I realized I had to turn to homeopathic doctors or alternative doctors to get the help that I need throughout the years, as Western medicine in my opinion has no idea what they’re doing for the most part. Especially when it comes to hormonal issues. Thank you so much for all of your videos you’re my favorite favorite favorite, by far Doctor to watch h and seek advice and guidance… I’ve done so much research of my own in the past 20 years to figure out my health ailments, and everything I’ve read and know exactly what you talk about and discuss, and you were just so much more thorough than any other videos I’ve ever watched and I’ve watched a lot! My hair stopped shedding when i went from using a 20% progesterone cream down to a 5% cream. My inability to absorb the 20% concentration caused unapposed estrogen. Since then I just stopped taking estradiol and only take progesterone cream. It works great! I don't believe menopause is a state of low estrogen, but a state of insufficient progesterone. You can take as much as you need and feel blissful. Estrogen is a stress hormone and can easily become unbalanced.

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for sharing your experience! It's really interesting to hear how adjusting your progesterone cream helped with your hair shedding. It's true that hormone balance can play a significant role in various aspects of health, including hair health. Finding the right balance for your body is key, and it sounds like you've found what works best for you by focusing on progesterone cream. It's always empowering to hear how people take charge of their health and find solutions that work for them. Keep feeling blissful, and thanks for being a part of our community!

    I am on both Estrogen and Progesterone, both in compounded form. I continue to express these symptoms. My doctor states that I am within a good range based on the saliva test results. What I am looking at is that perhaps on a monthly basis, they all become unbalanced. So, I am trying the Keto diet. Into for two weeks and am feeling a lot better. I feel calmer and overall am thinking clearer.

    Would you consider doing a video on LOW estrogen. It effects many women, especially who diet for so long...and who follow a VEGAN diet (devoid of fat and cholesterol, which is need for sex hormone production) I find hardly NO ONE talks about low estrogen and it is still a problem for women...even women who are NOT yet in menopause...younger women...in their thirties with low E because of chronic dieting, undereating, stress...bad diet (read: vegan)...Anyways...thanks and thanks for the work you do.

    • @asmrfoodieuk7965
      @asmrfoodieuk7965 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There's no papers linking vegan diet to low estrogen, if that were true estrogen levels would plunge and they'd go into menopause earlier. Also cholesterol is made in the body, vegans do get periods which indicates you do not need external food sources of cholesterol to have healthy hormone production. Chronic dieting on the other hand can cause an imbalance due to lack of nutrients.

    I have so many of the symptoms of to much estrogen. Edema, cystic breasts, heavy periods that cause anemia, cysts on right ovary, fibroid in uterus, low libido, headaches, hair loss, soft nails, depression, lack of sleep, thinning hair, itchy skin, waking at 3am often, exhausted most the day. Sister had breast cancer…..

    I looked your videos. However, I'm a bit confused. I thought excessive estrogen would help with hair growth? Isn't it true post menopause when estrogen drops, hair thins? Wouldn't it flourish with lots of wsteofme? I have every single one of these symptoms but I always thought my hair loss was related to something else. I'm so intrigued now,

    Can you have estrogen dominance even after menopause? And relatedly, is hormone balancing important after menopause?
    I suspect, from the many symptoms you list, that I've had estrogen dominance since puberty. The acne and anxiety definitely improved post-menopause. But menopause brought vaginal dryness, hair loss, nail issues, different sleep problems--awake between 1-3a, low libido. Staying the same is the tender fibrous breast tissue, IBS/SIBO, swelling/inflammation. Thanks for your amazing work!!

      oh yes - despite what a lot of women understand or are told - your body still produces reproductive hormones - not nearly as much as the cycling era -but the adrenals are the glands that do that and are the glands who need the most post menstrual support.

    I have undergone chemo therapy for blood cancer (stem cell transplant). I began experiencing hot flashes, my periods stopped. Now I’m on HRT but I don’t think I’m on the right dose. I still don’t have any periods, I feel depressed- anxious, the hot flashes have stopped, but I’ve gained weight and have fat pads now on my lower belly, upper arms. This aspect has been so emotionally painful and I’m really struggling. I’m 38.

My doc did an ultrasound and found out that the lining of my uterus is much thicker than it should be so she did a biopsy which came back that it was just my hormones. I'm 51- no thank you very much lol I'm on month 5 of no visits from auntie, and I want to get to the 12 month finish line!! lol
    The worst part of all this, is I've seen specialists for all these issues individually! But no one was looking at the whole picture and putting it together of too much estrogen.
    It's way easier to say what I DON'T have: 9 (I'm hypersexual from my bipolar) 12, 16, 19, 24-26

    • @crunchybunnylady
      @crunchybunnylady หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I've heard this too. In pre menopause, and menopause the adrenal glands kick in to make up for the ovaries which are making less estrogen. So it makes sense that cortisol would also spike due to overactive adrenal glands. Even if not in that stage of life, if adrenals are fried due to stress or even nutrient deficiencies, waking at 2am from high cortisol is very common.

Common for the hypothyroidism for present as well and the pellets are never my fav - quick fix but jarring if you go cold turkey like you did. It can skew the imbalance further. It’s critical to address the root cause.
