The content I create is meant for those who already have an understanding of cold process soap making. Cold process soapmaking involves working with sodium hydroxide (NaOH, also referred to as lye). Lye and raw soap can permanently damage your eyes and burn your skin. When making soap, you should already know and practice lye safe handling procedures and always wear safety gear during the entire soapmaking process, even while cleaning up. This soap was one of my attempts for the Soap Challenge club last month. I felt like my other soap (my last video) was a better fit for the challenge, but I really liked this one more. Probably because the feather swirl is my favorite. 😊

STUNNING - I just love this one ... so delicate, I love how, when cross-cut, the thinly-poured black pin stripe forms a fine line on the bottom of each petal color. Striking under-line effect ... very nice and well thought-out!
