i want to go to so bad, but I'm a freshman in hs and schools already hard, i have a 4.3 right now but I don't know if I can maintain it because I know it will get harder and I don't want to get my hopes up I don't know what to do
I’m also a freshman that wants to go to notre dame too, while school is hard and it’s hard to stay consistent, I find that competing with smart people has made me better and more prepared
Come on. No need to be humble as far as advice to potential applicants. ND is an excellent school and has a very low acceptance rate. You need to be smart, have a high GPA, have a high SAT, or high ACT score, be involved in one or more extracurricular activities and from what I understand the essays can be kind of rigorous, so you need to do well with those. My brother went there from 1990-1994. I didn’t even bother to apply because I knew I wouldn’t get in. He’s always been smarter than me. I went to a different school from 1998-2002.
If I worked as hard as I did today, in high school, I would have gotten in. Legacy 4 lyfe tho via Subway Alum
