The island's Gulf beach is more or less continuous and available to the public, but in the City of Anna Maria, access and parking are very restricted. In Holmes Beach, however, the western end of a majority of E-W streets provides public access. In Bradenton Beach, much of the beach access is directly from Gulf Drive.

What does a one bedroom one bath condo cost on Ana Maria Island
There was one that recently sold for under 300,000 however that is pretty rare these days. Most will be closer to 400,000+.
