Location will always been king and beach front will rarely go down. With limited options I believe they will just keep increasing, however probably much less than in past 24 months.

Beaches Bars and restaurants
Will waterfront property prices ever come down? Or is supply too low so keeping up with demand is no biggie?

The Gulf Coast. The water is crystal clear and the sand is white and soft as sugar!
