@@tiedtkeio Hey I really appreciate the quick reply. I am currently working on 5.4.2 and when I open epic games to install the CC UE plugin there is no option to install it instead it says to create a new project. Can you help me with that ?
@viratpatel8522 When you add it to your library you can install it to the engine version, then restart Unreal Engine, go to plugins in the editor, find CC control rig and restart again. ☺️

Hello sr. Why do you say unreal 5.5 if we dont have the Auto Set up for this version? In the tutorial you r using version 5.3. is it possible to use with. 5.5?
Great tutorial. When the shader window comes up pre-import. I'm not able to select the "HQ Shader". Only the topmost option is available. Any feedback is appreciated.
That's a bit odd. I wonder if it's because your character in CC4 or iClone is not a CC3+ base model? Did you perhaps make your own character from scratch with Actorcore or something like that?
@@tiedtkeio Thanks for the reply. They were CC4 characters. I figured it out. I had to have Raytracing enabled when I created the UE5.4 project. After that, it worked. I got that info from an older Reallusion tutorial.
Great tutorial m8!! This is completely random, but do you know how to get Wonder Dynamic mocap into iClone 8? I've tried everything I could and the characters and animation are always deformed.
Glad you liked it! I haven't actually tried Wonder Dynamics mocap myself, but I guess the workflow should be the same. I know that if you don't check the box "Use T0 as ref pose" and "Import blendshapes", you'll get a weird deformed skeleton. I could try and see if I can find anything useful for you.

Absolutely! I think it's great to know about all the ways of doing it, then choosing your preferred method. I can see why some like Live Link workflow more. :)
@@tiedtkeio the only reason why I like livelink more is that the reallusion plugin for unreal does a much better job at converting textures, and the motion editor in iclone is easier imo to use than the control rig.
I have been using Iclone live link, since it is real time linked, but I am having trouble with using it in sequences, so I am going to try this route.,
One thing for sure, the fbx export does not have the same quality of materials as the ccplugin...I just copied the textures over to the blueprint.... what about using iclone live link to export the mesh only?
Your custom morph sliders are on the model in UE5. You just need to access them through a control rig or sequencer. I could probably make another tutorial for that unless you find the morph sliders in UE5 first. But like I said, you can add them to a CC control rig, or access them via the sequencer. 😃

Simple, you can make o Modify your fbx character in Zbrush, take it to substance painter to them. Then rig it with accurig for iclone skeleton. Then send to iclone , animate, then send to unreal.. simple???

@viratpatel8522 Its still a plugin, just not available for 5.5 right now. Use 5.4 or wait a few more days. ☺️

Yes! Reallusion is just a bit slow on releasing the 5.5 version, but it should be available very soon! 😀

that's a UE glitch I saw in other tutorial, switch levels and it will come back to normal
