that guy's voice is the same as Harry Mason (Michael Guinn), i'd not thought of it til now after just playing through the game, a while back i saw an interview with him and he had done work for this game as Sherudo and some of the soldiers but this is definetely him as the voiceover too

Yes - when I first uploaded this video the glitch wasn't there but sometime last year it suddenly started doing that! I checked and the glitch doesn't appear on the original file that I uploaded - it's very strange. Stranger yet, if you watch at 480p - the glitch goes away.

Looks good in HD 60fps. Too bad Namco cannot do a remaster for Time Crisis 1 to 4 and Project Titan.
