This is a great insight into the variety of what's available, i am always teetering on the edge of becoming vegan but have been reluctant because of what i'd miss - knowing there is so much out there really helps.
Great video - this gives a really good insight into delicious looking food!! Definitely gonna have to try some of those foods you mentioned! Would love to see some of your recipes in action next time :) x
so glad you have started all of these vegan videos!! I have always wanted to go vegan but have always struggled with what to replace my daily meals/snacks with, so so so happy I can finally make a transition
Awesome video, helped so much and definitely can see how many things there are to choose from!! Would love to see the korma being made as well as the pancakes,
awesome video!!!!! so glad that you are doing this ...its very encouraging...yes vegan meals would be great...or even like a video of a day in my life ....
Thanks for the shop suggestion! Went there today and raided it completely - its awesome being in a shop where you don't have to check the labels to check if its vegan :)
I am loving these videos Lucy, keep coming please. I am in the process of becoming a vegan now because of them (thought you'd be happy to know that you are such a great influencer!) I would really like to learn more about vegan food that's less processed as I'm also very into healthy eating 😊
This video is great to show the variety of vegan products available. I'm a big fan of vegan chocolate, almond milk, nutritional yeast and nut butter as well
Is your worktop and wall all one piece? I like the way the worktop rounds off onto the wall panels along the back edge. Where's it from and what sort of materials it? I'm in the UK too.
Loving all your vegan & cruelty free videos Lucy! :-) Would be cool to see a video taking us through your day like the "what i ate today" videos on here/ "day in the life" xxx
Such a good video! Makes the vegan life style seem much more approachable! Cooking tutorials would be unreal! A vegan alternative to chicken curry would be good :)
Great video really enjoying your vegan content across social media. I've been vegetarian approx 30 years but have phases of being vegan too so its good to see new options 🍃
cute posh lady from this morning x not vegan myself but been vegetarian since i was a kid and slowly changing to more vegan options - always good to watch these types of videos :0
Good luck in your transition. I never dreamed I'd be vegan but I have been mostly vegan for over 2 years. If I can do it anyone can. If you need any help let me know :-)
I'd love to see you make your korma! I've been vegetarian for the past year and am starting the process of being vegan, I think it's the eggs that I'll struggle with...but change is always good! :) x
Yes Lucy!! Spreading the vegan message ^__^ I recommend Vanoffe Mulberries by the Raw Chocolate Co. they are sooo good. Also, if you're missing Nutella, Vegobar surpasses every vegan chocolate out there ;)
Add cooked and blended butternut squash to your vegan cheese sauce instead of flour and it makes it exactly like a thick, smooth cheese sauce! Same texture, colour, and with the nutritional yeast; same taste. Best vegan 'hack' I've tried...
Hi Lucy, great video. Thank you. If you love chocolate you might want to buy some Choc shot if you haven`t already tried it. It`s basically a squeezy bottle of chocolate sauce but Vegan of course. I`m really enjoying watching your Vegan video`s and am fascinated about how living with a non-Vegan might offer up some challenges for the both of you. All the best to you and have a great Christmas.
I've been vegan since June and for me there has always been at least 2-3 vegan options on the menu for me to choose from (sometimes things are vegan if you remove an item, like cheese). However, just to make sure what I can have before I go to a restaurant I will usually check the menu online first
Louise Morgan Go through the menu and you will see the veg and other items they have in the kitchen - e.g. olives etc. Get them to make you a big salad from these and also order veggie side dishes. Markus Rothkranz and Cara Brotman did a great video on how to eat out ANYWHERE. Shes a raw vegan chef btw. Markus Rothkranz on youtube.
Louise Morgan every place has yummy vegan food. If not tel them what to put a delicious salad together or something else. Meat eaters lack fibre and antioxidants that's why they get all these deceases that kill them off quicker, they focus to much on meat And a tiny side salad or a tiny bit of veg. When it should be the other way round.. Meat just kills us off especially factory farmed cattle Every restaurant will serve you that stuff, as well as supermarkets. I felt really cheated about the whole thing. I'm now in control of a Plant based diet and it feels GOOD.
Hi Lucy! Great video! I was just wondering if you could talk more about having a boyfriend who eats completely different from you and how you deal with that when you cook/ go out to eat together etc xxx
I found this so inspiring Lucy. I do worry about the cost implications of some items when on a tight budget though. Any ideas that wont break the budget? thank you ☆
I would love to see a video of you going to a local farm sanctuary and meeting the animals and learning their stories. I'm sure you would love to do it too!
You need to try the Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausage plaits for when you're feeling like you really need comfort food I CAN NOT EXPRESS how amazing they are
You can make healthy mac and cheese by blending butternut squash and coconut milk (and a bit of mustard and cider vinegar) and mixing in with macaroni pasta. It's so good and so healthy! Xx
I'm vegetarian now and considering the vegan route. I live at home still and would love to see some recipes for meals that you've cooked for your non vegan friends that have gone down well. Vegan lasagne is something I'd love to know how to make xx
My fav breakfast is peanut butter+strawberry jam+sliced bananas on the top!!!:):):):):)it's usually a treat once a month but I seriously love the combo :):)try all 3 together:)❤️
I love this! Isn't white plain flour vegan? I would love to see korma & pancake recipes! You should do a UK version of 'logical harmonys' cruelty free makeup blog. It's so good but annoying because it's American brands. Would love to have the time to investigate companies like she does! Thank you for posting this, I'm currently transitioning into vegetarian and eventually vegan from this x
Great ideas, thank you! Be careful with quorn as most quorn items such as the chicken pieces actually contain eggs (although they are "free range". They do now have a limited vegan selection which is yummy.
Would love for you to do some pancake recipes!! I've also been wondering what you do when you eat out.. is it difficult to find places with vegan options?
Hey Lucy! Absolutely love this video!! Ive been vegetarian for sometime as well and am in the process of going vegan, ive found lots of alternatives for most of the meals i love but i struggle with breakfast ideas without dairy... What do you typically eat for breakfast? Or any suggestions for what are good replacements?
Lots of luck to you. The fact that you are making the attempt gets props! Any reduction in the consumption of animal products is major. And don't feel defeated if you do eat or use some animal products from time to time at the start because not everyone has an iron will. Remember, we've been conditioned to think that we need to consume animal products for optimum health. Times have changed so its so much easier to transition. I've been vegan for four years and in just that small amount of time there are so many more products to choose from. I just wish it wasn't so hard finding shoes in my size. lol
You could collab with AmeliaLiana - her what I eat videos are great. Even though they're not always vegan, a lot of them are because she has stomach issues. Also only found ur TH-cam channel because of these vegan videos, excited to see ur making these food videos and also the cruelty free makeup videos. Would also like to see some fashion videos like actually good quality alternatives to leather shoes etc! Anna xx
Really helpful video Lucy. Thank you. I'm interested to know how you feel about being in a relationship with a non vegan? Does it effect your social life ie, eating out, dinner parties etc? X
This is great. One question, where do you get most of your vegan from? I'm a student with little access to fancy shops or rare shops. Is there perhaps a cheap online shop I can get it from?
Normal supermarkets like tesco and sainsburys have/are bringing out a lot of vegan stuff. For example, tesco has their 'free from' brand which includes things such as chocolate ice lollies, vegetable fingers, 'chicken' nuggets etc. Amazon is also a good place for buying things like chia seeds, cacao powder etc (shop around on Amazon to find the cheapest one). Health food stores tend to be pretty expensive unless they have offers on
Changing to a vegan lifestyle has always interested me however it is a very costly lifestyle which has always been an issue preventing me from even trying vegan. Love your videos Lucy x
Yea - if you buy all these processed products it will be expensive. You don't need them.. if you base your diet around rice beans and veggies it will be super cheap
never even considered becoming vegan since watching these videos, they're definitely swaying me. My concern is that I'm a university student with a really tight budget and also am clueless about where I can find vegan stores/places that stock vegan brands. Any advice for where to find cheap vegan foods?
I dont know if they do it in the uk but in tesco ireland alpro do an amazing giant pot of coconut yogurt thats dairy and gluten free. Honestly, its even better than any dairy range.
A great tip is to know that 1/2 a banana = 1 egg in baking. This is great for cakes & pancakes!
ooooh great tip!
I'm a big fan of eating fresh produce over packaged 'replacements'. It's much healthier, easier, cheaper, tastier and fun!
Also, applesauce works as an egg alternative in baking!
Or Flax eggs
I've tried apple sauce too, works great in chocolate cake! Just got to be careful not to put too much! Good one Shannon!
This is a great insight into the variety of what's available, i am always teetering on the edge of becoming vegan but have been reluctant because of what i'd miss - knowing there is so much out there really helps.
im so obsessed with the videos at your house! You're so much more relaxed i love it
Exactly what I was looking for after watching your interview on this morning x
Brilliant video! This was so helpful! I will be coming back to this video for sure :) Thank you, Lucy x
I loved the last couple videos. Thank you for doing this!!
Brilliant. You literally take the words out of my mouth in every video. I really appreciate these 👍 xx
Great video - this gives a really good insight into delicious looking food!! Definitely gonna have to try some of those foods you mentioned! Would love to see some of your recipes in action next time :) x

OMG I put nutritional yeast in EVERYTHING! I love it.
This has been soo helpful! Wish there was more videos like this on TH-cam!
Thanks for the shop suggestion! Went there today and raided it completely - its awesome being in a shop where you don't have to check the labels to check if its vegan :)
Lovely meeting you at VegFest... love your vegan videos. You should definitely do some more! Xxx

Loved you on MIC and love that you're sharing the vegan message even more! Keep doing what you're doing, Lucy! Vegan love
I'd love to see some recipe videos! Can't wait for those xxx
I am loving these videos Lucy, keep coming please. I am in the process of becoming a vegan now because of them (thought you'd be happy to know that you are such a great influencer!)
I would really like to learn more about vegan food that's less processed as I'm also very into healthy eating 😊
Such a useful video Lucy! I'll literally refer to this every time I go shopping from now on. Looking forward to your next video 😘😘 emily xx
'Having to look at things that offend me' hahahaha
I love your vegan videos Lucy! I went vegan 5 months ago and it´s the best decision I ever made
Really keen to see recipes Lucy, maybe with affordable options too, or more info on how affordable being vegan can be xx
The vegan korma sounds great! Would love to see that once you've figured out a good recipe!
This video is great to show the variety of vegan products available. I'm a big fan of vegan chocolate, almond milk, nutritional yeast and nut butter as well
Also, Lucy you're stunning :o
Is your worktop and wall all one piece? I like the way the worktop rounds off onto the wall panels along the back edge. Where's it from and what sort of materials it? I'm in the UK too.
Thank you! This is so helpful I eat Biona bread but I wasn't aware of all their other products!
Loving all your vegan & cruelty free videos Lucy! :-) Would be cool to see a video taking us through your day like the "what i ate today" videos on here/ "day in the life" xxx
Looooove this video!!! would be cool if you did regular vegan grocery/beauty shopping videos.
You can also use plain oats to make pancakes! I've done it a few times
Love your videos! So happy your vegan :) I would so love to see a what I eat in a day video from you xxx
Such a good video! Makes the vegan life style seem much more approachable! Cooking tutorials would be unreal! A vegan alternative to chicken curry would be good :)
coconut cream is also really good as a change for clotted cream in scones!
Great video really enjoying your vegan content across social media. I've been vegetarian approx 30 years but have phases of being vegan too so its good to see new options 🍃

Today I was inspired by your last vegan video and so I went vegan for 24 hours to try the lifestyle 💕
24 hours isn't really trying the 'lifestyle'
It is sort of. I did it a few years ago with my vegan girlfriend, now I'm vegan myself. Gotta start somewhere!
amazing!! :)
Thanks so much for making this video - so helpful :)
It's great that you're doing these vegan video's Lucy. :) :) :)
Yes Lucy!! Spreading the vegan message ^__^ I recommend Vanoffe Mulberries by the Raw Chocolate Co. they are sooo good. Also, if you're missing Nutella, Vegobar surpasses every vegan chocolate out there ;)
Thanks so much for this. Would you be able to provide links to websites of places mentioned to purchase these products at all? Many thanks.
I love your face when you say, "1 scoop is 20 grams of protein.....it's a lot." You're amazing!
Add cooked and blended butternut squash to your vegan cheese sauce instead of flour and it makes it exactly like a thick, smooth cheese sauce! Same texture, colour, and with the nutritional yeast; same taste. Best vegan 'hack' I've tried...
Cool vegan videos.....Would love to see a vegan Korma recipe! :-)))
Maybe you could talk a bit about vegan clothes and home furnishings and that kind of thing?
If you blend dry cashews with garlic powder and nutritional yeast it makes a good substitute for parmesan 😉
Hi Lucy, great video. Thank you. If you love chocolate you might want to buy some Choc shot if you haven`t already tried it. It`s basically a squeezy bottle of chocolate sauce but Vegan of course. Hi Lucy!
Great video! I was just wondering if you could talk more about having a boyfriend who eats completely different from you and how you deal with that when you cook/ go out to eat together etc xxx
She's amazing, discovered her from the interview with the Turkey farmer. She's awesome.
Same! Shared it with my family, she was a boss!! I loved it!
Frys do the best mock meat. Also Nutritional yeast is the one! Decent video
Awesome to see you using your following to spread the vegan message!!
I found this so inspiring Lucy. I do worry about the cost implications of some items when on a tight budget though. Any ideas that wont break the budget? thank you ☆
Great video! Please do loads more vegan stuff :D
Would be really good if you left details of the items featured in your videos in your description box ☺
I would love to see a video of you going to a local farm sanctuary and meeting the animals and learning their stories. I'm sure you would love to do it too!
This helped me sooo much! Thank you 💜
Loved this. As a vegan uni student it's hard to know what to get sometimes
Lucy, you HAVE to try sainsburys free from cheeses. Especially the cheddar style one. They are even better than real cheese. Scrumptious!
You need to try the Linda McCartney red onion and rosemary sausage plaits for when you're feeling like you really need comfort food I CAN NOT EXPRESS how amazing they are

Totally agree with your points in this video as a fellow vegan :) X
thank you so much for your videos!!!!!!
i love your shirt! where is it from?
This was so helpful !
Hey Lucy! Absolutely love this video!! What do you typically eat for breakfast? Or any suggestions for what are good replacements?
Great video Lucy, I am going to try really hard to become vegan but for now I am taking baby steps so I don't push myself to far.
Lots of luck to you. The fact that you are making the attempt gets props! Any reduction in the consumption of animal products is major. William Clark Thank you for the advice and good luck with finding shoes!
Hi Lucy! Sometimes I eat Tahini (light version), honey and cinammon on toast. I thought you might like it!
Hi Lucy, could you please let me know where you bought the nutritional yeast? Thank you :)
Great useful video! Just wondering your opinion on soy milk? Thanks x

coconut yoghurt is really nice by the brand Koko
Please do a what I eat in a day!
Really helpful video Lucy. Thank you. I'm interested to know how you feel about being in a relationship with a non vegan? Does it effect your social life ie, eating out, dinner parties etc? X

If you're in the UK you can order a lot of vegan items online from Holland and Barrett

Great video! I'm a new sub.
Hi great video, just wondering do you take any supplements?
Changing to a vegan lifestyle has always interested me however it is a very costly lifestyle which has always been an issue preventing me from even trying vegan. Love your videos Lucy x
I spend less money being vegan that I did eating meat and dairy, if that helps
That's just a myth!
Yea - if you buy all these processed products it will be expensive. You don't need them.. if you base your diet around rice beans and veggies it will be super cheap
I love your shirt! Where did you get it? I must have it :)
What was the brand of chocolate truffles? They sound so good!!!
this is fab!!
Do you feed Digby a vegan diet?
Vegan Sarah no, dogs need meat to survive
Actually they don't, it's cats who do 👍
+Harriet06 not true. Dogs do not need meat to survive
That's a complete myth
Dogs aren't true carnivores like cats are they are omnivores but do need meat in their diet to get all the nutrients they need.
There are plenty of 3 ingredient vegan pancake recipes online, the vegan egg is quite expensive so always go simple first
never even considered becoming vegan since watching these videos, they're definitely swaying me. My concern is that I'm a university student with a really tight budget and also am clueless about where I can find vegan stores/places that stock vegan brands. Any advice for where to find cheap vegan foods?
Where do you buy bracelets and bangles from? My wrists are so small I am never able to find any?
Where's your shirt from?! 😍
I saw one like it on Zara. I don't know if that is the same or not. I love it too!
It's not James's?
mattbellamymate That's actually what I was thinking first! It could be! ;D
I dont know if they do it in the uk but in tesco ireland alpro do an amazing giant pot of coconut yogurt thats dairy and gluten free. Honestly, its even better than any dairy range.
