Check the motor connectors as they tend to melt. This is a known issue on the inmotion RS. I had this problem myself and I completely removed the motor connectors because they do not support the power and overheat. They end up melting and creating false contacts On the hall sensor pins. I have a friend who runs a scooter repair shop and he gets RS every week for this problem. For my part I replaced the motor connector with 8mm bullets and a 6 pin julet connector for the hall sensors.
Thanks for the info. Mine unit has no issue with the motor cables. I checked them regularly. Probably because I don't ride faster than 60 km/h. My front tire is not balanced, it will shake and wobble above 60 km/h.
The power that passes through the cable is not always linked to the speed but to the effort of the engine. If you are for example in single engine and you accelerate hard on a big climb, The power passing through the cable will be very high
Where did u get the replacement parts from the 8mm bullets and the 6 pin julet connectors...can you say or drop a link here please, I'm having the same issue with my RS Midnight and waiting for a controller from Voro Motors.
I watched your first video and I had the same problem when my motor connectors melted there is a bad contact on the hall sensors or a burnt hall sensor due to bad contact
This is absolutely ridiculous sadly I do agree with you as I I'm experiencing the exact same issues and my RS only has 60Km now 😡😰💀. I love the Scooter but the failure rate on these controller are extremely high 💀😰. Sorry that you're also going through this as well, I'm extremely disappointed as I purchased this Scooter to get back and forth to work 🙈😰
You're absolutely right 💯 😢😡🙈...thanks for making this video to explain it, we appreciate it 💯 🙌🏽 🙏🏽. Good luck and hope you get back on the road soon 🙂👍🏽🙌🏽

I have rs midnight with 217 error😢Happend to me during first ride!😢
I think their controller is very poor quality. The failure rate is so high. Mine is also probably dead after unbox.
@@Payo-TensileCreator Definitely😞😞
