looking to buy one now. awesome vid man
Cheers Mate thank you!!
where was the video shot? looks like a sick spot with the trees on both sides
thank you! It was shot in Dairy flat, New Zealand by the landfill
You did a N-Line swap with the front bar?
What I was wondering
Like swapped out for a nline front end?? He has also put N red accents on it too
@@aussiefurbymogwaifan6621 yes swapped out for an nline front for sure.
@@murry001 I can see people doing that with base sedan i30s, swap the front end for a N or nline front end😂 Infact the nline is the only i30 hatch Australia is getting for 2025 and I know the nline mostly appeals to modders like the N - a small select audience. The Tucson nline is the only nline that appeals to the masses who aren’t the fast and furious type
Love that sound and nice Video
cheers bro thank you!!
Good video mate. Love the car too Kevin
Cheers mate!! Thank you very much!! Ill hopefully do some more content with him soon!
Great video mate just subbed keep it up 👍
Thank you very much!! Your support is greatly appreciated!!
Hi Kevin
How much power can the 7 speed DCT TRANSMISSION can handle
I’m looking to do dump pipe - catback intake - intercooler and Gfb diverter plus a retune - tcu tune
What’s your thoughts about it
Well the transmission is rated to a max of 340nm but theres so many people running their cars with way more torque than that. I guess youre sacrificing longevity for more power, so a DCT tune would be worth it.
Nice looking SR! Just wondering what did Kevin use to do the little red trim at the front and rear bumper? Thanks ☺️
Hi David he repainted those bits red with car paint. Hope this helps :)
theres also a place that do vinyl overlays for them i've done on my i30 nline
Very nice very nice🙌🏽🙌🏽
Thank you very much!! I appreciate it 🤘
Was it easy to take out the rear seats
cold air intake still under the bonnet, its still hot air. Would be nice to pipe it to an external vent. THEN it would be cold "fresh" air.
Where can I get the eBay link for the trimming around the aircon units?
Did he swap the front bumper with an nline bumper?
As far as i know he didnt, i belive most of the body is stock
maybe the sr came with the “n” style front bumper in nz. until they changed them to “n line” in 2019 (in australia anyway)
Hey, in SA; we have Hyundai Tuscani car, Wed car meet at 6pm, come to SA and meet. We've got interesting cars.
NOICE!!!!!!!
Really keen on the cargo net and bar kevin ordered where can I get info on it?
What tune are you running? I have an n-line that needs a bit of extra KWs. Cheers.
Not sure what tune exactly, its just a stage 1 tune, done at torque performance in Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand
When you say 190kw is that at the wheels? That is unheard of without a turbo upgrade for this engine.... Have you got any dyno sheets to prove that? I've had multiple tunes done on my SR and no where near seeing that power at the wheels.
@@danielszuba2123 i doubt it would be ATW. But even not atw its still pretty good. Im in Australia and just bought an SR Premium Auto and was talking to someone today and he was telling me, just by deleting one of the cats in the exhaust and a dyno you can get 190kw of power (not at the wheels) but still good just from these 2 things.
@@danielszuba2123 would be 180/90 kw at the crank maybe 140/50 at the wheels from a racechip tune or jb4
yeah nah he defentily doesnt make 190kw at the wheels ahahah. it'd be high 140 low 150s
Hi Kevin
Do you have any other engine mods besides intake and turbo back exhaust and intercooler res delete
I'm keen to do a catback exhaust 3inch
Intercooer and intercooler res delete pipe and intake
Curious to know if this will make a difference
Hey Kevin, how do you own it for 7 months and bought it 6 months ago 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Bro I got a stage fright LOL
Dyno sheet?
Not to be rude but this is not a SR it’s a N line it literally says when he opens the engine and when he shoots the back where it SR he probably removed the badge of N line and put sr
No, it's an SR. The N-line wasn't introduced until the PD3 model, which was 2019. Prior to this year, they were sold with different bumpers, and called the SR. They have the same specs otherwise, but the N-line name didn't exist until 2 years after this car was launched.
@@CherryTuningPerformance the nline bumper fits with the sr model? And where can you obtain the nline bumper?
