Love the video. Quick questions doesn't hair break from all the manipulation, and i find my naturally thin hair gets even thinner when i stretch it, is there a method of stretching that can help it look less airy but fuller

Don't do it to tight, I guess.

definitely if your hair is breaking, someting is up.
Try doing the styles less tight, and also making sure that your hair is well moisturised. a twist would produce the least airy result of the three :)
