Make a Classic Sourdough Loaf in a Bread Pan

I have been trying to perfect making my classic sourdough recipe in a bread pan and I think I finally did it!
I used my same Classic Recipe and just baked it using the technique in the video and it turned out great. I’m getting tired of lifting Dutch ovens in and out of my oven so this will be a game changer for me (and my back and shoulders!)
